Extreme stretches are yes, as hard as you can stretch the muscle...hence "extreme" --- this primes you for recovery because your working the same bodypart twice a week. These stretches help a ton with that, literally doubles your recovery time. So you can lift/rest/grow twice a week instead of once -----> at the end of the year you have lift/rest/grown 104 times instead of 52.

Overall Workout was very very fulfilling. Deads are rocketing up, I will be repping 405 in no time, I just have to stick to them which I plan to do. My goal is in two month to be repping 405 x8-10, and I know I can do it. Tricep Pressdowns felt goooood. Thats some heavy weight...

well i just quit my job at the gym i work at,in the process of moving across the effin country...so im not gonna have access to a good gym for a minuite.....or my computer for the upcoming weeks....soooooo ya.....my next cycle i gonna be christmas time,12week 500mg sustanon,30mg superdrol to start 1-4,then winny at the end(probably something like that)......i just ended my current cycle..my avi pic was at the end..like maybee 2 weeks ago? pretty much did that same cycle..put on 13 pounds....:head:

Seeing that you do what your supposed to do and up protein and cals for AT LEAST 3-4 weeks during PCT. I say you will lose 5-10% of what you gained after 1.5-2 months or so, BUT that is providing you do everything perfectly. As opposed to an oral cycle where you will lose 30-40% after two months.

I know you know this Mace, but just for onlookers --- gear doesn't do the work for you AT ALL. Hard work/consistency/diet (in no particular order) are 90-95% of this whole thing. Part of the reason I am gaining like I am, is because my diet is REALLY spot on, protein is just sick high, and carbs are 80% clean and high. Fats being 90% healthy. And I am eating about 8 meals/day if this were not in place these results wouldn't be happening even if I was on Tren/Primo/Test/EQ/Anadrol, it doesn't matter, without hard work and BUSTING ass in the gym you wont do anything with it.

Not surprised at all. There's a lot of misconceptions about steroids. The media has portrayed them out to be this quick and easy 'short cut'. Fact of the matter is, if this were true, people would just shoot up and go play professional baseball because "That's the only way Mark McGuire and Barry Bonds could hit homeruns". Steroids will only enhance the effects of a solid training program, not replace it.

normally yes,that pic was maybee 2 weeks ago...im moving in 2 weeks tho sooo i am gonna make the best....i also am now living in florida....i usually run sprints at least once a day in like 90+ weather.....half of the week twice a day....regardless of what some say...cardio is the health benifits i want....so i'm all about the athletic build... i love to skateboard so i dont really wana be to huge......
