AZ Heating Up With Andro Rx

Nice leg workout AZ - more proof that you don't have to squat 400 lbs every leg workout to blast them.

This is very true...my legs are trashed already this morning. I usually get sore the second day. It's a great endurance routine and the lactic acid burn is unbearable.
 
AZ - it (the soreness) is almost like clockwork for me. When I have a good workout, I ALWAYS feel it 22-24 hrs later. If I make it past that and don't feel it, I almost feel disappointed.
 
for me, especially legs, 48 hours after and I am toasted. I do legs saturday and mondays at work walking around the school are a friggin b!tch

Love the pain in the legs...I've run 10 miles in the last 5 days and am going for 3 more tommorrow. Its a very satisfying pain for me......
 
Day 25: Off day today and not much to report aside from some serious DOMS in the legs. Getting out of chairs,cars, and off the can has been painfull. Trying to eat enough to heal right now. Tomorrow will be even worse I'm sure!

Day 26:

The legs are still quite sore today..glutes too. It will be fun riding tomorrow morning. Todays workout:

Chest: DB bench(1 hole up from flat) 65-15,75-10,85-5 and DC set 95-21-6-4. DC stretch with 45s for 90 seconds.

Shoulders: BB press 135-10,160-5 and DC set 190-10-5-3. DB side laterals 15-20,25-10 and a drop set of 35-10..25-10...15-20. I wanted to go with the 40s but the form would have suffered too much right now. Soon though. Rear DB raises 15-20,20-10 and a drop set of 25-10...15-20.

Traps: DB shrugs 65-20,75-10,85-5 and DC set of 95-20-9-9. DC shoulder stretch for the finish.

Felt lethargic this morning and resorted to a cup of coffee to perk me up. Did my Core Zap pre w/o and was ready to go. My appetite has dropped slightly in the last couple of days but I keep pounding the grub. It must be working because the scale said 212! The weight is creeping up now...me likey!

AZ - nice workout - I really like reading what you guys do prior to me hitting the gym, its inspiring.

I'm with you on appetite, mine seems to have leveled off some.

Heavy stuff there AZ!! I hit DB Inclines (top notch/highest incline) with the 110's for 22 reps a few weeks back. And I did them AFTER my flyes!! Whew....That pre-exhaustion stuff is wicked. ha ha
You're on my heels now. I'm gonna have to kick it up a notch!! :firedevil:

No TG..you have all of us back on our heels! My 17yr old is on my heels. He pounded 90s for 14 on the first failure set for chest and 185 for 12 on the shoulders. The kid is on a mission now!

I think it is so cool that you have a son to train with.
My daughter is 21 and she has never been into it. :dunno:
 
Day 27:

No riding this morning...schedule mix-up with my sons hockey camp. That is one sport that believes in going out at the crack of dawn. Anyway, I ended up jumping rope in the late afternoon for about a half an hour. It is not one of my favorites but it gets the job done.

I received the extra bottle of 1-Andro today from IronMag Labs...Thanks Guys!! I might be changing things up for the finish of this...stay tuned. As far as how things are right now, everything is still rocking. I do still have some minor lethargy but it is easily overcome. Appetite is down a bit but I still manage to get the food in. Right now I am sitting at +6 lbs. I will weigh myself again tomorrow pre w/o. Very happy to say the least right now.

Day 28:

As you already know by now, I have increased the dose to 800mg e/d starting today. I had 600 in the tank by the time my w/o came around. Nothing different as of yet except maybe a body temp increase. I feel like I am running hotter than normal and was sweating up a storm during my w/o. I have another 200mg to dose with my post w/o meal in a bit. Weigh in was down a pound today at 209.5. Let's see if we can change that in the next couple of days. Workout:

Triceps: Bench Dips BWx10x2, BW+40-10, BW+95-6, BW+115-5 and DC set BW+155-19-8-5. Rested a minute and did rope standing extentions drop set 50-10...40-10. I know you guys are going to laugh but my cable weight machine is heavy. My buddy works out in a gym and does tricep extentions with 220. In my weight room he can just handle 100. You do the math. DC stretch followed.

Back Width: Rack Chins BWx10x2 and then DC set of BW+60-14-5-4. DC stretch after.

Back Thick: Standing T-Bar neutral grip 1 platex15,2 platex10,3 platex5 and then did 4 plates with 2 10s for 10 reps...rested 1 minute and did 3 plates with 2 10s for 12. I went to sitting overhand cable pulls and did 110-10, 130-8, 150-5 and my DC set of 180-10-5-4.

Felt focused and strong thru-out the w/o. Like I stated earlier, the body temp seemed higher today. Hey, burn some fat off possibly! I should get out for my ride tomorrow morning. Until then...All the best!
 
Some pulley systems are very different than others. My gym has light ones (double pulleys) and HEAVY ones (singles, often with a band not a steel cable)... I like mixing them up, but you are totally right, the numbers do get skewed. On the double pulleys I can move 140-150 lbs on pressdowns, and on the singles I am stuck around 70-80 max. Sounds like yours is REALLY heavy.

Yea, Hef is a pretty cool guy, and he still has his wits about him... but it seems like he is getting pretty darn old. He has security like the damn president, and a pair of twin blondes for girlfriends.
