Alright, so I'm nuts with the water drinking, but on the weekends I tend to indulge in a 6 pack of various micro brewed stouts (once, at most, twice a week i do this)
i started taking dcp mid last week, and yesterday (after consuming my friday night beers) i was cramping and feeling awful all of a sudden after my workout (no hangover or any dehydration initially, but after coming back from lifting at say 7pm i started cramping hard).
is this simply a case where beer and dcp is a no no to consume in the same day?
also, is it just the tta is the formula that causes the cramping?
