Haha which one? The 315x12 one? Yea that dude... lol. I like my height but my deadlift form in those videos is awful. It's changed now. And how do I know I'm doing it right?

Cut's all up and down my shins! Even worse today. I got blood on the bar!!! It never leaves contact with my body during the lift and forces me to bring my butt down and use more of my legs during the beginning part before switching to my back for the lockout!

OMG yea dude... it was freakin' disgusting. I mean maybe if it was chilled/cold it would have been slightly better. Maybe throw in some protein or something... lol but GOD DAMN it was AWFUL. Just effin' awful. Had a few gulps and so did my buddy. Burped up nastiness for the next couple hours until I ate a meal and now its gone.... good lord.

SICK.

Great review, DJ. You pretty much had me at 'orange popsicles'. lol. I might have missed it in your review, but how is the mixability? I have a new small tub of AI Recoverpro to go through still, but I want to switch it up the next time around. This intra-supp sounds interesting. :)

Damn I knew I missed something! Mixability is great. A couple shakes and it dissipates immediately into the water and takes on a cloudy Gatorade type look. No floaters or settling. Mixes great!

Haha I decided I'm not taking any more post pics until its all done. I'm anticipating my wrap up and final review either Thursday or Friday of.next week. And ill sprinkle some wedding photos in too :)

Have you tried crew/knee high socks DJ? The ones used for soccer/volleyball. It could be left as is or folded so at least it protects the shins.

I am atheist and not in any crew...but my heart, thoughts and good intentions go for the families and friends of the 12 victims and best wishes for the wounded.
 
its craxy how many sick people there are in this world. Right now there are atleast 68 serial killers in the united states responsible for a minium(probably so low) 583 deaths. Right now the Zodiac killer has been living free for atleast 40 years... how mess up is this?.. i did a report on serial killers in my physc class

Yeah just heard about this few hours ago as I hadn't had the tv on all day. Strange to me is he had no prior records, but was stated that his mom wasn't suprised. My thoughts and prayers go out to the victims and their families as well.
