AVENGERS CREW LOG LINKS

Hey avengers!!! How everyone doing??? Ok guys as you guys kno I went to gym after over a week...lost some strength and gained a bit fat...ok guys I need your help...I need someone to plan me a workout training and diet plan...I want to get ripped...I want to drop bf% really low...but I wanna stay around 165-170lbs...so let's get this started...what would be best workout training for me?? And what kind of diet should I do to drop bf%...I like to workout one body part a day...so what you suggest?? All suggestions are welcome :)
 
ima sorry bud, but i only ever done a workout that makes me gain weight hahaha
 
Punja , if you wanna focus on BW why not limit it to WHOLE body workouts and more cardio?...I found thats the fastest way to drop fat and keep muscle mass. Either in a circuit-sets fashion OR multiple compounds for whole body workouts separated. It could work brother!!

NK man i didn't know where you was either lol. I just posted on your log and my log. Just been posting my workouts here til I get me new log planed. My last two workouts have been insane. I hit 75's on db flat bench for 3 sets 8 reps. Inclining over 225 again. OH YEAHHHHHHHHH brother!

You saying I should workout while body everyday instead of one body part a day?? And yes I'm gonna do more cardio from today...I'm gonna do 1hr cardio instead of 30mins...I'm trying to talk to a company to log there products...if everything goes good it's gonna be great logging their products...coz that stuff works great :D

Yeah bro , whole body stuff...well it worked for me and many people I know for my last cut, but the main thing is, and you know it bro...Nutrition, to drop body fat it all comes down to:

kCals Burned > kCalories eaten. Thus by reducing the kCals eaten you increase the difference in that little equation and make it possible and more effective to lose fat bro :).

Man if I workout whole body everyday then I have to stay I gym for 5hrs...just doing one body part a day take me almost 3hrs lol

I would like to focus on one part body a day bro...the whole body workout gonna confuse me and I won't be able to keep track of it

:blink: how long do you rest between sets bro?...hm no its not that, the thing is you DO a lot of reps haha, you are the strongest and most enduring person in this forum haha, its normal you take like 3 hours xD!!! Dude, just keep training that way if you like it and just increase the cardio a bit (not 30 mins right away, increase it like 15 mins first) and reduce the kCals taken in :p!

Well I don't rest much between sets...usually a min or two..but sometimes pplz come to me and want some advice and it takes like 15-30mims just to answer their questions lol...they don't wanna leave..they just keep asking one after another...

And yes I'll increase my cardio little by little...and lately my diet been ****ty...it don't mean I'm eating a lot of food and lot of junk..I'm not eating much...just a little stress so I forget to eat and stuff...but I'm getting back to normal :)

Yeah I'm doing smolder right now it's a topical and mofo you can feel it every second lol. Taking some trinitne creatine for now. I'm awaiting to hear back on something and will go from there.

Chest:

flat bench db presses: 75lbs x 8,8,8 PR

incline db presses: 55lbs x 8,8,8

pec deck: 150lbs x 10,10,10

incline barbell presses: 155lbs x 8, 175lbs x 6, 185lbs x 5, 225lbs x 3

Lol 1hr is nothing to me...I rather not go to gym at all then and rather stay home and do 1000pull ups, 1000push ups and 1000dips everyday ;)

LOL, I know. Trying to think of a workout for you and keep realizing you need MEGA volume or you will not be happy.

Lol thanks for helping me out here bro...volume not a buggy for me...I heard you get ripped and lose bf% you need to do light weight and lots of reps...I just need workout plan like what day i should do what and what should I start with and what's best for getting ripped and gaining strength...I kno it's been confusing lol...been researching thur Internet since couple of days lol

I do love me some volume. The muscletwins (youtube) always brag about how they are always in and out of the gym in like 45min-1hr. I feel like I'm just peaking at that point... lol.

So far its a walk in the park! I really don't think that the whole fasting thing is that big of a deal. If you really put your mind to it and commit yourself, then not having to eat for 16-20 hours at a time really isn't that big of a deal, especially if you can time it out so that most of your fast is during sleep. When I'm at work (nights) I usually stop eating around 10PM-1AM and I'm asleep from 8A through 2-3PM. So when I'm at work I have to be awake through about half of my fast but I find it fairly easy because I'm usually dosing my EC/Alphaburn/Reduce at this time and my appetite gets fairly suppressed with exception of right before I go to bed. But just fight it!

The hardest part for me was adjusting to the volume of the meals. Going from 6 smalls to 2-3 fairly large meals is quite a feat. It has gotten easier as time has gone on.

I feel like I am most definitely leaning up. Vascularity is through the roof and in places I've never seen before (even with the help of Erase/Erase Pro) such as vertical veins running up and down the outside of the abdominal wall, in the anterior deltoids, and through my arms/biceps. I feel like I have a lot more energy throughout the day and the workouts have not suffered one bit... if anything I've been able to add more volume to them.

I'm taking today off. Gotta get my hair cut for the wedding :X! If I have time I may push for some cardio but I doubt it. Gotta hit up the grocery store too. And the bank. Damn errands!

I'm glad it's working out so well for you! Yeah, initially the hardest part was definitely adjusting to a new eating schedule because I'd be ravaging come post-wo, but I've gotten used to that and I've adjusted my hours to 14/10. I get hunger pains now and then but don't take anything for appetite suppression or energy, so I am looking into fat burners at the moment. I need all the energy I can get. Do you have any recs?

I've been on IF for a little over 2 weeks now and haven't noticed much of a difference in weight, it's up one week down the next, but perhaps it is too soon to tell. I notice on days that I lift I get headaches after I eat and that continues the rest of the night making it difficult to sleep. On my off days this isn't so much of a problem. I wonder if it's just me or if other peeps experience that too.

I think if your hitting it hard enough you don't need more than 6-12 sets per muscle group. If you are dead lifting for a hour your not doing it right,

Agreed. I find 5 sets of 6reps for deads exhausting, supersetted with pull ups is pain
 
If you have the energy to do any cardio on leg or back day than you didn't hit it with enough intensity therefor no gains !!.
 
Planning on either shoulder or back today. Don't know cause I get a steroid shot for my knee yesterday morning and this shiz kept me up all night long wired and horny.
