Hey avengers!!! How everyone doing??? Ok guys as you guys kno I went to gym after over a week...lost some strength and gained a bit fat...ok guys I need your help...I need someone to plan me a workout training and diet plan...I want to get ripped...I want to drop bf% really low...but I wanna stay around 165-170lbs...so let's get this started...what would be best workout training for me?? And what kind of diet should I do to drop bf%...I like to workout one body part a day...so what you suggest?? All suggestions are welcome
