we went 6-3 today, losing in the playoffs to s team with a kid going to pitt, standford and georgia. I had 10tds, 3 interception and what we decided to call a strip. good showing but a 6ft3in 279lbs kid stepped on my foot

I had to change in the stall today bc this creepy ass mofo wpuldnt go away.. Just sat in the locker room staring at everyone.. I wasn't giving him no free show.

Man I can't stand that ****, I went to the gym couple years ago and walked into the sauna. This big old dude butt naked rubbing what looked like crisco on himself. I thought I was going to have nightmares for life. I usually get in the gym and tell all the friends a quick what's up then it's go time!!
 
It's worse when u walk into the sauna and they are havin a pull.

A pull???? Good god man! That's vile. That's why I don't shower at the gym. I step in egg drop soup someone is gonna die.

GOODNIGHT MAN WHAT THE HHHHH!! That is insane pic freaky cutts and mass I love it!! I couldn't even think to do 150 on curls I thought me reaching 100lbs for 6 reps was good :(

I only tried it because Punja did a curl video and I've never in my life tried a max attempt in curls.
Besides weight really doesn't matter it's all about progress . We all have limits and lifts we excel at . I can't bench for crap but I can crush arms and shoulders for big numbers related to my size and weight.
 
i second that, i cab lift huge numbers with my legs but cant do 135shoulder press... stupid shoulders
 
My gym is so bad that they had signs made that say please use a towel when using the sink. Guys would literally put there junk on the counter lol.
They have a surplus of shower curtains and as soon as they put them up a bunch of creepers poke holes in them to peak out while they are in the shower. HOW CREEPY IS THAT ?????

I agree to that, I can kill it in bench & deads, but arms along with squats am weak in.

I kinda pulled the ARNOLD on my legs like he did with his calves. They were always weak until I had a buddy push me past my breaking point on the legs press and the rest was history. I never have tried to do a mx curl come to think of it hmmmmm ?

It been years since I have had a training partner. Its so hard to find a good one that is on the same page and can train and not talk. I have had 2 good partners in all the years I have been lifting so I figured I have been lucky. Im sure I wont have a good partner again until my kids are lifting with me.
 
Def man Im with you there. I hit 350lbs for 2 reps at 170lbs protein and creatine only and 225 for 12 reps 3 sets bench. I got married and gain weight and **** went to hell, but I'm giving it hell back to get back to where i was. Only now I don't mess with flat bench bc of my shoulder surgery in jan. But I'm hitting 200 on incline bench for 8 reps and 70lbs db's on bench. My goal is to drop down to 185 to 190 I'm down to 233 from 290 over 18 months ago!!

Good job bro!! That is awesome. I'm getting ill with myself cause I'm stuck at a point where meth keeps being appealing jk but it's like I can't drop anymore bf. I'm 200mg test though trt for 3 yrs now but I'm thinking I need something else to help cut. I wanta reach 180 to 200

Have u adjusted diet to the extreme?
 
I need to tweak it all I eat is lean chicken baked or grilled, baked salmon fish, lean beef 93% lean. No processed meats like hot dogs etc. Breakfast usually hnceral with skim meal, or two eggs bolied or scrambled with oatmeal, lunch and supper always has fresh veggies and starch is usully quinoa, sweet potado, I drink skim milk, water, oj, and some sweet tea. I need to develop a program for lifting that helps to cut and not to lose but minimal strength.

Eating sounds good. Try a more cardio induced workout if you haven't already. Every1 body is different, some have to work harder than others, some dont, ya know?
 
Think the tea and oj could help cut out unnecessary sugars.. Maybe cycle the carbs or drop them from dinner all together.. Thsts just my opinion..
 
I think Packers could do it. Won't be easy but cardio 30 min 3x a week & with weights with limited breaks and carbs either at night or am (pick one) he could be good to go.

I don't follow a strict diet but hey... That's just me. ;)

Work in a hospital bro ;-) kids get sick on weekends too. I work every fourth weekend. Kinda blows, but 36hrs a week is full time for me. 3 days on, 4 days off. Yeaaaaa!!!

2 whole eggs hard boiled and black coffee with a tablespoon of heavy cream. No sugar. That should satiate you for about 3 hours... No carbs as well .. Quality fats and protein.
