It is the 'Original' Pinhead. That is what was wrote with it when I found it.

-To be honest I am not sure. I just thought it was creepy.

That's his new look for the new Hellraiser Revelation movie that just came out. First one since the series inception that used a different actor for Pinhead too.

This was a pretty spooky movie, probably cause it was partially based on a true story.
 
Babies are spooky in general, zombify them and well.... you know.
