At what point can gains be considered "kept"?

I'm in my 4th week of post cycle and I've kept about 80-90% of my gains. I dropped from about 210 to 204lbs. But I think a good portion of that was water (PPlex cycle). I've kept most of my strength. So, at what point can I consider these gains to be "permanent"? Like if I wanted to start doing a lot of cardio in a couple of weeks, would that affect my gains even though its past my post cycle??

well lets say this, after pct is done where ever you're at is what you've kept. now if you start cutting and doing cardio, keep the food intake high to keep that muscle you've just put on

I dont think its ever permanent. You'll require more calories now to support the extra mass you've put on just for maintenance. Anything less and Im assuming you'll start losing 'em just like anything else.

As far as pct loses only, after pct is over you are probably safe.

I would say what you have 1-2 weeks after pct is what you keep because, that is when your body gets back into its "normal self". What i mean is: it is no longer taking in foreign substances that effect hormomes.

I agree completely. 2-4 weeks post PCT. PCT is hormonal and in theory boosting your test production.
