Article: The Most Anabolic Food Is...

I love me some milk. I get my best gains when I am drinking a half gallon a day. GOMAD is a bit too much for me however, it cuts into how mch solid food I can eat.

Humans: the only animal who continues to drink milk after being raised or developed. Correct me if I'm wrong.

True, but humans are also the only animal that really controls his diet to a great extent, and change his/her body composition. He are also the only animal that proabably really cares about what we look like.

What other adult animal even has access to milk on a regular basis? For that matter, what animal mixes whey shakes? Takes creatine? Cooks it meat before eating it even?

Exactly.

While milk may be a wonderful anabolic food, it is highly allergenic, containing the hard to digest protein casein which most people are unaware causes inflammation in the gut amongst other things. Casein allergy is more insidious than lactose intolerance. Cow's milk is the most notorious. You guys may think you're not sensitive, but you have no idea what casein does to the lining of your gut over time - even if you're not sensitive to it now:

If you are going to do dairy, do it smart:
1) Avoid all pasteurized dairy; use raw (milk, cheese)
2) Use only cultured dairy (yogurt, kefir)
3) Goat milk and whey is a much better choice of dairy protein and composition and is more digestible (similar to mother's milk)
