So....bcaas and protien before and after a workout is something new? Uh..

Did they compare pre 15 grams post 15 grams compared to with just 30 grams pwo and no pre?
 
had no idea u should take protien before and after!! ill have to try this out and see if i get better gains. Thanks for the info!
 
I had the same question, as well as the addition of high glycemic index carbs a few minutes prior to protein ingestion.

We are talking about the same 30 grams spilt in to different times correct.
