Very good post. I implement this strategy regularly as I've become a very dedicated intermittent faster. It definitely seems that a fasted diet at the same caloric level as a nonfasted one is more successful for fat loss. Very good info. :goodpost:
I'm still up in the air as to how much difference its made for me personally. It seems to make it easier to hit a lower calorie total for the day, but outside of that i'm not sure that personally i'm seeing much benefit from intermittent fasting. I seem to do slightly better with alternate day fasting.
