I've found the best results with not masturbating at all. I'm serious. I have so much more energy on all my lifts and feel more confident and just better. I still do it maybe like 1 time every 2 weeks

Do I have to focus on my strokes per minute, high reps or low reps, can I superset my masturbation with anal play or will that hinder my gains, and lastly what lotion do you recommend I use, Decaderm?

Start a thread in the training section and post up some videos for us to look at your form.

The problem with this is it's simply a reward system and requires willpower. What makes the author think that people who can't deny themselves food will deny themselves sexual satisfaction? Like they're really going to be like, "well, I caved and ate that cheeseburger for lunch, guess I can't crank it tonight..."
 
If you can do it (have a gf or **** buddy) I recommend sex with in an hour after your workout. Love doing this

Dan, may I suggest that you stop accentuating your stroking with porn. Doing so may increase the intensity of your climax but also expedites ejaculation thereby reducing overall calories burned by forearm and wrist actions.

That is an amazing point you bring up and I have never considered that to be the reason why my "workouts" never seemed to last that long and why indeed my forearms were always burning. I always figured it was due to my Agmatine supple ration and lack of cardio. Perhaps ill try working out to photos of Hellen Keller instead to prolong my eventual "pumps".

Hellen Keller isn't half bad actually. I recommend someone else. I don't know if I'm allowed to post sources on AM though..
