Article: Exercisers Vs Athletes

I'm in. I've switch between aerobic and anaerobic to weight to sprint and all around- I think this paradigm is an amazing idea. If anyone has results- Post em! Also, has anyone ever heard of Parkour? Now there is a good example of something like this.

Parkour is where its at. I've been doing that on and off for 5 years. It such a mad feeling being able to climb walls and other fun stuff!

And man this article is fantastic. Think like an athlete. Makes you feel ten times more powerful already..
