Once again.... Why I do not buy mens health.... America is so ignorant that they would believe one of these diets and follow it.
 
Ridiculous. 195 lb guy eating 1500 cals a day. No wonder he lost weight. That's one meal for me and I'm about his weight.
 
Weight loss is overrated. It doesn't mention most of the weight was muscle. Granted none of them probably had any to begin with.

Yes! I'm sick of this low calorie crap. How about stop stuffing your face with McDonald's and hit the gym and eat healthy foods so you can 1. Maintain muscle and b. lose far. People don't understand losing weight and losing muscle . Of you're losing muscle you're shooting yourself in the foot because you're slowing your metabolism to a crawl thus your bmr goes down and that's why you start gaining weight . Americans = idiots :/ I have no faith in my country's people anymore

I hate seeing the advertisements for how much calories are in something... it doesnt matter how much... the main concern is what makes the 100 cals... 100 cals in fat and carbs is totally different from 100 cals in proteins... this is dumb.... i think am puts these ads on here just to aggravate us lol
