Would probably throw up and die of over training. Like he said do not use over 2 weeks not a bad variant though
 
German Volume Training With A Twist, yes will be doing this Monday, I don't think I'll be working chest & triceps after that :)
 
I am on week 4 of a standard GVT routine right now. This is interesting. Gonna have use a much lighter weight to get anywhere near 100 reps. I like it though. Might have to utilize this plan as my wrist and elbow have been acting up.
 
I am following the basic 5 day cycle. So I am doing shoulders/arms, day off, chest/back, next day-legs/abs, day off, start over. My arms are pretty tore up after shoulder/arm day, and still a little sore on chest/back day, but I power through it. It is brutal, but still my top routine for strength, putting on muscle and burning fat. And not something I would do for more than 8 weeks without a deloading period.
