I am following the basic 5 day cycle. So I am doing shoulders/arms, day off, chest/back, next day-legs/abs, day off, start over. My arms are pretty tore up after shoulder/arm day, and still a little sore on chest/back day, but I power through it. It is brutal, but still my top routine for strength, putting on muscle and burning fat. And not something I would do for more than 8 weeks without a deloading period.
