APS Testalensis 100 and Rahl continue to recomp!!!

WOW! That bug had me DOWN. Ugh. Ended up working 10 hrs Friday with a fever the whole time. Managed to keep eating for the most part and continued my supps except creatine.

I dropped about 2 lbs...and 1% of bf! ??? Not complaining. LOL

Weight today was 177 lb with Tanita bf 17.8%. It was around 178.5 and 19.5% when I started. Now, the Tanita bf things are not very accurate but if you know how to use it you can get fairly understandable results so I can track progress with it if not accuracy. It's definitely trending lower on this stack.

Now, I've used N2Slin solo before and it works great. But, not like this. I have to attribute some of this fat loss to Testalensis for sure.

So, I hit the gym today finally after 9 days of no resistance training. It went..o.k. at best.

Weak after the layoff. I always am. My arm and shoulder were feeling 80% before. About 60% at the moment and I went light. This is starting to piss me off. Not sure how much time I need to take off. It's been a while since this thing bothered me this bad.

I've got about a week of Testalensis left and I'll be posting before and afters then. Hopefully the pics can capture what the mirror is telling me.

As for the arm...well I'll work through this week light with no arm work and reassess from there.

I looked back at your picture again and there is no way you have 19.5% bodyfat, I would think around 13-14% no?

But if your looking even leaner then awesome!, keep up the good work bro!

Yeah I think I'm more in the 13-14% range myself. Like I said, I'm going off of my Tanita scale which isn't the most accurate thing in the world but it's easy and quick. You can manipulate the thing easy too so you have to keep timing and diet/water intake similar to keep a trend line. That said, it's lower now. I'm reading an average of 17.5% now. I only have a couple of days left on the Testalensis and then I'll post some updated pics. Feeling flat as hell right now from not training resistance much lately though. LOL

I'll be hitting legs hard tonight. I'm thinking the rest of this month I'm going to slaughter legs and keep the upper body light and do more cardio to try to heal up the shoulder/arm situation for June. I'm hoping for a solid Katana/Derma run in June.

So I decided to go kill my legs since that shouldn't bother my arm or shoulder. :D

10 Min Elliptical Warmup Moderate pace

Leg Press 1ppsx15,2ppsx15,3ppsx12,4ppsx12,5ppsx10,6ppsx6 (PR)
Seated Calf Raise 90x18,140x10,140x10
Smith Front Squats 135x15,225x7,185x10
Stiff Deads 135x15,135x15,135x15

Weighted Abs 60x25, 60x15
Ball Crunches 25,15

I had a twinge in my hamstring after those leg presses so I wasn't sure I was going to work them at all but by the time I got to the deads it was settled down so I went for them but kept them light but dynamic in motion. Felt great.

Sweat like pig! Absolutely wet when I left the gym.

My plan for the rest of May is to hit legs hard and rehab the upper body. Hoping to be back in shape to hit it hard in June.

Only a couple of days left of Testalensis. Feeling really good outside of the injury. Libido has been down pretty bad the last two weeks and the leaning effect seems to have stopped where it is. Weight is stabilized but judging by those leg presses my strength is really up nicely.

I'll be keeping the N2Slin in the mix for the foreseeable future. :D

Keep me posted on the Testalensis.. I added it to my Meso/Creatine Nitrate Stack about 2 weeks ago and feel strong. Obviously I want to see what happens after a few more weeks but so far so good.

Week 3 seems to be the sweet spot so you should be liking this week!

Keep it up bro! Hopefully you're feeling better.

Thanks guys. Feeling better. Today is my last day of Testalensis. I'll be hitting the gym tonight with some sort of chemical ****tail because I'm exhausted today. LOL.

I want to note that for the last week I've had to up my water intake substantially and I already drink quite a bit.

Killer log rahl!

Thanks guys! I'll try to get up the pics and final review today. Tomorrow being Mother's day I'll be a bit busy tomorrow. LOL

Thanks for following along!

Final review to come. In the meantime...here are the before and afters almost exactly 4 weeks apart. Considering I was injured the entire time...I'm pretty happy with where I ended up.

O.K. Final review time!

First off thanks again to JD and APS for allowing me to log this one out for you.

Libido 3/10 Started off good which I attribute to the inclusion of Fadogia in the product. Libido dropped in the 3rd week which is fine. Nothing terrible just let desire which quite frankly was almost welcome after my 12 week run of test boosters. LOL

Strength 8/10
From what I could tell the strength gains were very good. It was hard for me to judge due to injury but my last week of leg workouts were very strong so I'm basing this on that. I've just completed 12 weeks of various boosters and AIs and this was the strongest I felt.

Mood/Aggression 4/10
I didn't get any crazy aggression or even the "life is good" feeling from this supp. With other test boosters I really get the sense of well being coupled with aggression where it's needed. Not so much with the bulbine product.

Recomp Effect 7/10 This is where I really thought the product shined. I was leaning out without any changes in diet or at least very minimal almost the entire run. It started out within the first 2 weeks also.

I did have a lot of joint pain over this run but to be fair I had used Formastanzol for almost 8 weeks prior to this log so I'm bound to be in the dry area with the joints.

Overall, I thought the product was pretty solid. Bang for the buck though nothing has worked as effectively and cheaply for me as bulk DAA. But, some don't like DAA or have other issues with it and I think this blend of fadogia/bulbine is a great idea. This STACKED with DAA might just be quite fun. Future log...:D
