I'll be off from the gym tomorrow and saturday.. have two 10-12 hour days of work but will definitely be back at it on sunday.
I'm thinking about taking a scoop of Meso and use it as an energy supplement to see how it compares to other caffeine containing products I use. Will report results if I decide to go that route. I really don't want to waste a scoop since i've been killing it in the gym with it.. but my work is high energy and demanding on my energy stores.. that maybe it wouldn't be such a waste. Like I've said previously, BA and Creatine everyday anyway. To be determined.
