Forma: Tomorrow morning is probably the last of it.
Creatine Nitrate: Went 6 preworkout today. Pump seemed about the same as 8.
Sustain: **** is giving me zits everywhere. I've never noticed that before with it.
Protocol: I think I might be falling in love with this.
N2Slin: Switched after running out of slin sane. Curious what the comparison will be. I'm definitely more vascular after 4 weeks of slin sane.
DAA: Going to go ahead and run through what's left. Probably about a week at 3g a day.
N2KTS: Switched it up today. I love this stuff. I really do. This is my favorite preworkout supp.
Followed up my workout with a chicken burger on wheat salio with a salad and a N2Slin 20 mins prior. Guilt free gorging. Love it.
So, the arm is getting better still. I'm keeping the arm work to a minimum which is fine. My arms are bigger than the rest of me anyway and I'm not a huge fan of isolation work anyhow. I am having to limit shoulder work for now however too and that I don't care for. I love to work shoulders. I'll be icing it tonight and see if that helps. Using the skeletal balm pretty heavily and it does help.
