APS Creatine Nitrate and the kitchen sink!

I'm using FormaStanzol JD. I love it.

I think it was the watermelon because it was different from what I have. It was good. I like it! Looks like grapefruit juice when it's mixed up.

Damn it, I can never make up my mind for what to run, drives me nuts, I've changed my stack plans about 4 times this week LOL

How were the joints for dryness?.....I think I'm going to pick up a couple bottles regardless since Forma will be not available soon.

Yes for sure! Joints were fine but I was also running Forged Joint repair the whole time.

I used CELs Formastane, I find I can't go over 100mgs a day, only supplement I've ever taken that sets me off and gives me a bit of rage and anxiety. Works great for training 2 times a day, high motivation, just on non workouts days I found anxiety was high. Not sure if it's just me :fool2: lol
 
Actually calms me JD. I'm prone to anxiety too. I've felt absolutely great on this stack.

I'm just tapering down because I was on a high dose Josh.

Creatine Nitrate: Went 6 preworkout today. Pump seemed about the same as 8.

Sustain: **** is giving me zits everywhere. I've never noticed that before with it.

Protocol: I think I might be falling in love with this.

N2Slin: Switched after running out of slin sane. Curious what the comparison will be. I'm definitely more vascular after 4 weeks of slin sane.

DAA: Going to go ahead and run through what's left. Probably about a week at 3g a day.

N2KTS: Switched it up today. I love this stuff. I really do. This is my favorite preworkout supp.

Followed up my workout with a chicken burger on wheat salio with a salad and a N2Slin 20 mins prior. Guilt free gorging. Love it.

So, the arm is getting better still. I'm keeping the arm work to a minimum which is fine. My arms are bigger than the rest of me anyway and I'm not a huge fan of isolation work anyhow. I am having to limit shoulder work for now however too and that I don't care for. I love to work shoulders. I'll be icing it tonight and see if that helps. Using the skeletal balm pretty heavily and it does help.

Lowered Squat weights. This is my first squat in over a month after dealing with back pain so I wanted to ease in. I used no belt for any lifts and concentrated on squeezing my core. Ass to the ground on all but the 275 set.

My legs were so pumped on the third set of split squats I couldn't finish the second leg because my support leg was screaming from being bent. I couldn't sit OR stand straight. OMG what a pump! That was nuts.

Worked some back as I'm going circuits on Fridays now and I figured if I supinated grip I could get a little bicep work in without over straining the arm. Kind of worked. The arm hurts quite a bit right now. Tomorrow will tell if that was a bad idea or not. LOL.

Ran out of time on abs. Did what I could and did them slow and concentrated.
Supplement Notes:

Forma: Almost out. Been a nice run. Going to miss it.

Creatine Nitrate: Dosing 6 today and the pump was absolutely insane.

Sustain: Still dosing 5 pumps. Dosing 5 on 2 off.

Protocol: Still loving this stuff and I have to say I think this tub may last forever.

N2Slin: Dosing 3 ED with carb meals 20 mins before.

DAA: Can't say much more good about this stuff except I may just buy a couple of kilos to have around.

Mesomorph: Almost empty tub. Ordered a new preworkout yesterday to try after this tub is done.

Just wanted to note that I dropped a "Melt Extreme" from Lecheek nutrition about an hour ago and I'm in the perfect stim zone at work at the moment. Nice feeling. Wouldn't mind running this for a while...

One thing I noticed is I didn't lose my breath going through my circuits today which is odd. Last week I thought I would hurl 2x. I'll up it to 2 scoops on Monday and see how it is.

Melt Xtreme: Dosed a sample around 10 am today just for the hell of it. I was WIDE the **** awake! Nice stim and even level drop as it wore off. I've got a few more so I think I'll run them the next couple of days before switching to Adderllin.

Really great stuff, I really want to try it with some added Beta-Alanine, Citrulline Malate, Cordy Ultra, Nitrozine and Creatine Nitrate. (I know I do crazy pre-workout combos lol)

Something about theophylline I find it doesn't really give me extra strength gain but the endurance is off the charts on the stuff.

Exactly! I may have a new favorite. Focus and pump are nice but endurance is what normally limits me especially in circuit type workouts. Can't wait to try 2 scoops. I might not leave the gym. LOL
 
O.K. I guess I'm going to close this log out here and start a new one. I decided to go ahead and begin my logging of Testalensis for APS today which I will be stacking with N2BM's N2Slin product throughout. This will be month 2 on a Slin product as I ran 4 weeks of Slin Sane before starting the N2Slin last week. Vascularity is rising rapidly at this point. I've never run past 6 weeks on any of these so I'm anxious to see what I can do. I will also be adding in mixed burners and stims just for the hell of it. I'm building more a tolerance for Adderlline but I still have to be careful of anxiety. I'm under a **** ton of stress and I'm sensitive to stims.

Anyway, it's been fun. I've fallen in love with Formastanzol and DAA over the last 4 weeks so they'll be back in my future for sure.

For the Creatine Nitrate I have to say the main difference I noticed is the pumps. There is no arguing that the pumps are just simply ridiculous. To the point of painful on leg days for me. That's where I noticed them the most. Due to my arm injury the last 4 weeks I've really laid off of back(Pulling) and arm workouts so I can't fairly judge those but I hope to see what CN can do for me on an arm day. I'm thinking a bicep pump could just plain suck! LOL. Nice job APS!

I liked Need2slin much more then Slin Sane, I enjoyed slin sane for the pumps but Need2slin wins for recomp!

I love CN on whole body workouts, it's like a before and after picture lol

Yeah I agree with the Slin Sane. I liked it. It was nice but not comparable to my past runs with Need2Slin.

The CN was amazing on leg days and the whole body circuits I've been doing. LOL @ the before and after shots. That's true!
