approx # of pumps in a sesathin bottle?

240ml in the 8 oz. bottle. Each pump is .5ml so thats 1.5ml/day = 160 days. Although that seems like a long time.

I thought it said 1.25ml/pump.. I was considering adding some 7-hydroxy DHEA to it for extra schwing of fat loss, but not sure how much to add to get 50-100mg/day. I only bought 4g of it dangit. so if i add that to the bottle, and do 3.75ml/day then the bottle lasts 64 days, and I get 62.5mg/day

So does 4g of 7-hydroxy dhea in a bottle of sesathin sound like a good idea or bad idea, and how many pumps a day should I take? :D

This would actually be a pretty decent Cortisol Control product, IMO.

What is standard daily dose of 7aOH?
