hey,

I know there prob has been many threads about this, but i just wanted to get some info. Ive read a bunch of logs an want to try it. I know someone who will sell me the combo. whats the best way to run this cycle and how to dose it properly. and is 2nd gear good enough for pct
 
from what i've read, dose 3 in the morning, if u are feeling lethargic, switch it up to 2 in the morning and 1 later in the day, i believe the half life is 10 hours if that matters, 2nd gear is part of the pct, add in a natty t-booster and u'll have a minimum pct, also recommend multi, fish oil, milk thistle before and during the one, won't need milk thistle during pct because 2nd gear has it, some hawthorne berrys pre loading and during cycle should also be done, but if u researched ph's or the one you should know all this

You're right: There's heaps of threads on this, and it does pay to take a look around the forums first - especially in the Applied Nutriceuticals subforum, for any answers relating to our products.

really liked it as my first PH i ran it with dermacrine gained aobut 15lbs total and settled around 9lbs after all of it. i did 2 caps am and 2 caps in the afternoon, i liked the mood boosting from it
