anyone use this to cut body fat? results? feedback?

i just started taking a shot in the morning before breakfast and a shot in the evening pre-dinner to see if i notice a difference.

seems like a cheap and healthy way to drop some fat if it works.

I use it for heartburn and notice a difference by day 3. I can't handle a shot though so I mix it in a glass of ice water and treat it like a normal beverage lol.

Along with berries, orange, peach masks and grape fruit, celery contain pectin a way of fiber that can cause you to feel bigger for hours, These little gemstones have all the sweet taste of lollies, with the included reward of supplement C and metal....

Quick note, wash ur mouth out or preferably brush after u do this. The acid can wear your teeth down if you do this often.

I heard of taking ACV, honey and distilled water before meals.

It's funny that what's old is new again. This started in the 1950's I think. One of my coworkers is doing this. How's it going? I am cutting but not sure I'd do this. Funny how I will use all kinds of other things but not really interested in this. Don't you have to hit it before each time you eat?

yeah, i just take a swig ahead of any large, carb-heavy cheat type meal to hopefully serve as a little damage control.
i take a shot as i want to limit the time on my teeth to avoid any enamel destruction.
it's rough......but chasing immediately with water helps.

I recently was put on to this, it's pretty daunting at first but i've started to get used to it. I am on a cut so I ususally do this on my cheat day/meal. Just take a swig before any heavy starchy meal. I believe its been helping a little

I found this part of the write-up to be quite disturbing:

You better don't put too much faith into what the label of your D3 supplement says. Even with the supplement used in the study (50,000 IU vitamin D3 tablets that were purchased from BioTech Pharmacal) there was a >10% difference between what the label said the tabs would contain (obviously 50,000IU) and the measured amount of 57,000 IU of vitamin D3 the tabs actually contained. In the aforementioned study by Garg et al,. one of the tested vitamin D3 tabs contained more than twice of the labeled amount (Garg. 2013)

I wonder how often this occurs with other nutritional supplements without our even knowing it...

I have a thread on this somewhere round here. Lemme see if u can pull it up

The irony. I started chewing gum a few days ago to avoid all of the sugary food gifts our company receives this time of year. You know, to avoid, the cookes, cake, covered nuts, popcorn, chocolate,etc.etc. Do not partake due to the gum.

So I do a tbl of acv, squeeze in fresh lime or lemon and some cayenne pepper. Can't quite say it is for fat loss BUT definitely helps with digestion and also quick shot if Vitamin C first thing in the morning
