So I started the Titanium XL/Division 1 Stack about 2 weeks ago (I'm into my third week now) and I've noticed some substantial effects. I'm currently dosing at 4 caps of both each day. I started to notice my appetite just go out of control at the end of the first week.
I started out at 206 lbs, by the end of the first week i was 207, and by the second week 213. I've pretty much been eating to my hearts content until I feel full. Strength has shot through the roof, my bench press plateau of 260 (5RM) has just been shattered (could not even complete 5 reps the previous weeks to explosively completing the 5 reps) and I can't see myself stalling on any lift. Currently doing madcows 5x5.
So on one hand I'm kind of disgusted with myself to gain that much weight but I can't complain at all about the strength gains. I'm on a bulk right now and I don't plan to go in a calorie deficit until I'm strong/big enough (thinking about using var). I also plan to run 6 weeks of triazole starting in the fourth or fifth week of this stack.
Would it be in my best interest to pack on the weight? or keep it under control.
