Got some steak for tonight . Chuck steak and my coffee marinade chicken recipe(doesn’t look appetizing because it’s marinading 😒 lol)

THANKS LEAN, but unfortunately, the steak still has me beat. Going to have to put in a 2 year mass phase and really dial in if I want to go up against that

Got more steak for a great deal. Thin cut,but it was only 2$ for a filet and the color looks great

Hit arms only today as sort of an active test but ended up destroying my arms. Endurance is sky high. Hit a couple new strength PRs , even after hitting triceps yesterday

Barbell curl 4x failure PR
Db skullcrusher 4x failure *was just endlessly repping*
One arm seated Db curl 4 x failure
Close grip barbell bench 4x 6-8 PR
Incline db curl 3x 20
Vbar press down superset rope extensions 3 sets
Preacher curl machine 3x 12,10, dropset
One arm Tricep ext 3x 20
Db seated hammer curl 2 sets of 12

Did some abs too

Carbs = good pump for your sunday workout!:)
We will see how they do on this leg day . My plan for today is, I doubt I'll be able to hit 20's on everything but that's the goal.

4x20 Hack squat
4x 20 Leg press
4x 20 Leg extensions
4x 20 Leg Curl
3x 30 Hip adductor/abductor superset
and finish off by going heavy on the seated leg press 3-4 sets of 6-8

On this stack -
The scale weight is up , but I am remaining lean and the scale weight is maintaining :oops:. I'm not a heavy carb consumer, I actually really base my diet off eggs, whole eggs, red meat, chicken, fish, vegetables, etc, except for carb up days as I cycle carbs so water would not be a factor.

Up 2-4 pounds but the thing is that it's been consistent. Noticing strength is up too.

Also when do u rub it in and what time of the day are u working out ?

1 hour pre workout 10 sprays of epi and 3 pumps of icon

Evening time 2nd application = 10-12 sprays of epi and 1 pump of laxo

After leg day. Felt good to go heavy on deads . Going to start focusing on power building again.
Hack squat 20, 12, 7, 4 heavy reps followed by a drop to complete failure . Hit a pr
Leg press 25, 15, 10, 4, 8
Deadlifts 8, 5, 5, 3, 2, 1, 4, 10
Lying leg curl 12,10,8,8
Leg extension 3x failure
One legged leg curl 3x failure
Seated leg press 2x Failure
Hip adductor and abductor machine superset
Abs

Don’t really like the look of my physique lol but it definitely gets more dense when adding epicat. Will say my abs still feel weird. Feels like there is something in the lower right portion starting under my right rib. Somewhat above the belly button. If I flex a certain way you can see

Feel like gym lighting is worse than regular 🤔

Weight is still Maintaining at the added.

Epicat + laxo has been crazy , though. Weights are feeling like clouds today and deadlifted for the first time in years

Edit : actually 1 year since last deadlifted seriously lol

Random question but say I screwed up and applied before working out and need to take a shower after the workout for a nice dinner? How long does it take for this stuff to absorb?

The general rule of thumb is, once it's dried, it's absorbed. Maybe make sure it's not a super hot shower?

Yeah it was dry for sure. I won’t be doing that again, was just kind of spur of the moment. Lol thank you for responding.

Loving this stuff by the way, definitely the most powerful epi product I’ve used by far. I’m so dry it’s ridiculous and strength/muscle are maintaining if not increasing a bit during my cut.

I do have one more question... how many pumps total are in each bottle? I’m doing 10 pre workout and 10 before bed, is that overkill?

And already have man!

Most people seem to be using around 2ml or 20 sprays per day.
