Anything to add to my stack?

Hello. I am 20 years old. I have been working out for 2.5 years consistently. I started out doing stronglifts, and have just recently moved onto a more conventional split (perhaps I'll try madcows out...) but anyways...

I was wondering if you guys could make some suggestions for my supplements. Currently, I take a multi-vitamin, Creatine (Con-Cret), Assault, Fish Oil, and of course, Whey Protein.

My "Gym friends" are all quite a bit older than me. Both of them suggested for me to try a natural test booster. Despite being only 20, I feel like my body has completely finished the normal maturing of the hormone system (I was a very very early bloomer, having real facial hair as young as 12). I have not grown in height since 16. However, I am still worried about this. Some articles I have found say test boosters, even natural ones, have long term health implications. They do not cite any sources however.

Anyways, I figured you guys would be able to assist me in making a choice on whether a natural test booster, or a different supp would fit into my stack.

P.S: Thoughts on Lean Xtreme for me when I decide to cut?

At your age you don't need a natty test booster don't go down those lines. Lean Extreme would be fine for when you cut, i'm not a huge fan of Con-Cret i think Creapure gives just as good results for a bit cheaper price check out Primordial Performances Creapure. But if you have to add anything to what your already taking i'd say look into some BCAA's like RecoverPro by AI or RPG by MST. You already have alot of your bases covered so you really don't need to go adding anything to your supplement arsenal. But when you do decide you want to cut i've always like HEAT by Genomyx for a nice fat burner that will get you sweating something fierce.

Thank you for the quick reply and suggestions.

I am confused as to why you say "At your age" in regards to the test booster though. Is it more dangerous for young people? I gathered that if the hormonal systems are still developing, it can be, but assuming mine are developed, wouldn't it be equally dangerous for me as someone who is 40?
I may try Creapure out after I finish up with my Con-Cret.

After poking around the site for a bit over an hour, I saw some people talking about Erase. If it actually does what it says...it sounds amazing! I get stressed out extremely easily and often, AND I tear up at the ends of sad movies (High Cortisol and High Estrogen, respectively?). Seems to be pretty hardcore though.

Hey,

I'd suggest taking the fish oil before going to bed. Research on mice has shown that sugar cancels out up to 90% of the benefits from fish-oil. Other than that I dont have anything to add, work hard and get results!

Interesting. I normally take 1 in morning, one with lunch, and 1 before bed.

Oh, and in regards to my last post...I am not thinking about taking erase.

Yeah you probably could benefit from some cortisol control. My recommendations are Lean Extreme, Reduce XT, or Endoamp Max.
