So i took advantage of Appnuts sale BOGO free, and I have a bottle of TO and 2nd gear, with bout a half bottle of Drive left, all on hand. I'm starting my biggest goal tomorrow to Maintain/gain LBM and strength, while finally craving out my abs, and getting down to atleast sub 10% BF. Right now i'm in the 14-15% range.
I did run a cycle of the one back in sept, ended the beginning of October, PCT was over in October, Nov, Dec and so far all of Jan have been hormonally clear.
I'm interested in starting this again.
The reason why i'm looking at this to add to my recomp/fat loss goal is that I did lose 4% of BF real easy. Clearly another 4% drop would be great.
So here are my questions that I really havent found anywhere cause seems like no one else has stock left on their supp selves.
Would it be a good idea to run TO, on a fatloss/recomp goal, Ill be running a low fat high protein and moderate carb diet?
Also anyone have thoughts with stacking this with a AP/Recreate/Pslin stack?
Just interested since I do have those on hand also.
Also if someone from appnut could comment, how long does TO stay in your system post cycle? regarding testing.
Also to note, I do gain mass easy, both LBM and fat.
