Anyone ran superdrol without the horrible sides?

yeah ive used milk thistle and didnt notice any intereference in my gains,,which are still steady but im not using the milk thistle i used it back when i ran the NG and mass fx just to be safe, also used cissus AND holy crap that fixed my elbow pain i was hurting so bad.

but someone said on one of these forums using milk thistle when you run a cycle is a stupid idea, and i felt kind of insulted...i dont think it would and even if it does it couldnt hinder gains THAT much could it?
 
probably 400 is ok. 800 is better if the price isn't a killer for you. in pct its far less critical, particularly if you aren't a bonehead and stick to a reasonable dose on SERMs. your need for liver protection is much lower then in pct, so far less critical. I dose it higher because of the other benefits as well
 
so would SAMe and liv 52 for On cycle and milk thistle for pct sound safe? to me it sounds like a solid plan. but then again im still a newb,,,but im advancing haha.
 
oh definately that makes sense Easy, 40/30/20/10 of Nolva is what ive been told resonable,,i heard someone saying 80/40/40/20 and i was thinking that was kinda high...

and price isnt a killer for me im good with my cash dont spend it on stupid crap and i shop for good prices. also work my tail off.
 
im beginning to think that just SAMe and a good antioxident like NAC for on cycle and a normal dose of milk thistle for pct would work,,,if noone says different ill just use that when the time comes.
 
actually likely 20/20/10/10 is enough for nolva :) the 40 is a bit over the top IMO. depending on whether you are looking at it for avoiding gyno or for restarting testosterone, really either way at end of cycle you dont have much test so no less need for the antigyno, and a greater suppression of estrogen wont create a greater boost of test (as estrogen is already in the dumps at end of cycle). 10mg for all 4 weeks is a possibility as well. :)
 
no joke damn that bottle i have might last forever then. oh yeah now i remember the guy said if youre showing puffiness or other signs of gyno he said go with 40/30/20/10 so if im not showing any signs of gyno i should do like what you said,,bleh i shoulda thought of that.
 
well, most guys say the 40/30/20/10 all the time. but thats just part of the "more is better" broscience mentality honestly. same with dosages on compounds. Yes a 250lb guy needs more than a 175lb guy, but other than that some of the dosing guys go to is unnecessary. I've seen halo dosing as high as 250mg, someone talking about epistane at 80mg, all sorts of craziness. i did dose superdrol at 40mg pulsing it so that was 40mg 3x a week but even that was unecessary. your body can only process so much of anything, and taking 2x as much in to get 10% more gains is pointless as it still carries 2x as much negative sides
 
yeah ive never been for the more is better,,,like conserving my product hahah,,,,,i figured with SD that a 90 capsule bottle would technically last 2 cycles if i did do 10/20/20,,granted i KNOW that im not gonna try to run these cycles even close to each other,,more like start one cycle end of summer and the other end of winter,,,but ill wait till at least 4-6 months from now to run this stuff i wanna learn as much as possible and i think so far im coming along fine...not sure what the black belts of anabolicminds think hahaha:duel:
 
and now that i look back on it i cant even believe i was considering using t3 and clen alongside the superdrol or even after it,,,,i think that right there proves ive gained some knowledge haha.
 
for sure, take advantage of the easy gains on superdrol to get gains, use the t3/clen when its time to cut precontest or something like that.

yeah, the t3/clen combo is crazy. 3lbs loss a week is not out of line with that. you also feel like crap the whole time
 
haha but the love handles will be gone muahaha,,,nah if i feel like crap i wont use it tooo long,,thats something i definately wonttttt go to high of a dose on either,,,no way. i think i can handle the feeling like crap,,,just have a bite of chocolate or peanut butter that always makes me happy :stick:
 
I've had the pleasure of running Superdrol by AX and M-drol by CEL. Both times were 100% side effect free. I really feel its gotten a bad reputation from people simply jumping on the "rat poison bandwagon." Use it carefully and you'll be fine. Use it carelessly and I'm sure you'll cause some damage.
 
yea i wasnt calling it rat poison,,i heard some guy call it that and was surprised. but basically i got my answer,,and i kinda knew it all along,,,just cycle it appropriatly and it should be a good experience. thanks so much guys for your help ill definately keep researching this.
 
but hey i do appreciate all the info i gathered it really helped out,,,granted it was basically kinda just spoon fed to me, im also sure i asked multiple stupid questions,,,ill carry out the rest of the work and research on my own. when the time comes ill do a log on it,,wont be happening for at least 6 months im reallly gonna bite the books on this

now this would mean i should be weary of what a rep tells me, correct? ,cuz it looks like to me this particular one doesnt know whats up.
 
currently on week one of original Ax Sd with no sides except a bit of lethargy but nothing bad. Was worried about all the bad talk about sd but has been good so far only dosing at 10mgs. Running tor for serm in pct
 
I'm on week 6 of my cycle and bumped the SD up to 30mg

Still no sides other than back pumps once last week

I'll keep this updated on how 30mg goes.
 
oh cool thing,,,only back pumps once? are you taking taurine or just being sure to drink enough water,,im the type that i can get back pumps like a biznatch...

no taurine, just drinking a lot of water. The back pumps weren't even bad, i kept lifting right through it, light weight buddy.

I find i'm not too prone to sides... but 30mg SD will be the real test :thumbsup:
 
yeah definately let us know how that goes im freakin interested,,granted i know theres no way in hell im gonna dose it past 20 on a first run,,unless by some unholy miracle im not making any progress on 20,,which i know shouldnt happen if im eating enough.

Haha, well I wouldn't go that far but just like anything in life - I personally don't put much stock in people's advice who have something to gain from it.
 
yeah i wasnt trying to say reps are evil or anything, i was just saying that 1 out of 10 might not know EVERYTHING they are talking about,,,like mr you dont need something like that for pct after running superdrol...in fact when your done we can throw a wig on you and you can be a rep for hooters!

Bingo! That is why its really hard for me to listen to anything a rep says on this board. There are a few in particular that I would love to see shut the **** up about how awesome their products are when clearly they suck ass.

Yea, I've seen certain reps add 15 pounds of pure mass in a matter of weeks from herbal supplements :rolleyes: Then again there's some real good guys reppin too.

SD @ 30mg for 3 days now

no more side effects, my back got kinda tight today but it wasn't bad enough to be called back pumps

only thing i've noticed is increased suppression

Based on my SD experience so far, I would use it at 10/10 to kickstart something else. At 10mg ed the onset of suppression is very slow and the gains are absolutely explosive even at 10mg for the first week. Weeks 1 and 2 are magic as your body's glycogen stores fill to the brim and muscle hardness and strength skyrockets.

Week 3 has seen no increases for me at all.

I'd call it a starter or a finisher because it's extremely powerful but only for 2 weeks.

That's just how it works on me hope it helps someone
 
thanks man ill definately keep this in mind,,and everything else ive learned. when i do decide to run it its gonna be byitself though.
 
just curious how much your bench and squat go up when you ran the SD?

Yeah, there are plenty of good reps on here that don't push their supplements. There's nothing wrong with showcasing your stuff so long as it works.

i havn't seen huge gains that people talk about as of day 6 kinda hoping something happens soon. Side note got a nose bleed today after my workout

my reps and sets vary, i go by feel more than a preset routine

I usually train 4-10 reps, but most of my sets are either 6 or 8. I don't hit failure until my last set of each exercise (the heaviest one always).

*edit: another observation about superdrol, at first i noticed uncontrollable erections, at 30mg daily i am now super horny. People who reported libido loss on SD, i feel sory for you.
Bench is up closer to 50 pounds, 385 calculated max as of last night :)

dang your bench is as much as my max squat,,,dear God man,,,and the way you train is similar to me, i usually do 6 sets and never do under 4 reps,,usually aim for 5 or 6.

Yeah, have not gained a single pound after going to 30mg but I did get that boost in bench. Libido does seem to be even stronger with 30mg

But I haven't been able to increase my mass, it topped out a week ago so week 3 brought no weight gains at all. I'm technically in week 4 now because I'm extending the cycle by a few days to keep testing Superdrol, will probably go to Thursday (+4 days)
 
if you go a little bit longer while still seeing some progress that would keep your gains from dropping to a lower number as well wouldnt it? haha if you know how to maintain gains from what ive seen on other threads ppl keep alot of what they get from superdrol usually,,but theres always the few that get mad because they didnt keep much,,but i think its cuz they starved themselves after coming off of it
 
oh how much weight did you gain and did your body fat go up or drop on this stuff ive seen it do both,,has to due with the diet,,when i run this i wanna avoid as much body gat gaining as possible but a little wont bother me,,i need to find a good diet to stick with
 
I want to provide a word of caution - gaining 50lbs on a bench press in 3 weeks is a recipe for serious tendon and ligament injury.

Remember that muscle contractile strength is rapidly increased with the use of AAS, very much so with SD. The tendon and ligament strength does not increase at nearly that rate if at all.

Someone who has little training experience and little tendon and ligament strength (basically a newbie with less than two years of intelligent training experience) is setting themselves up for a very serious injury.

Just a word to the wise - that very deep seated long lasting, excruciating soreness that you experience is not DOMS.

good advice i was beginning to wonder about the stress being put on the joints, ligaments etc,,i was actually gonna ask if hes been bothered by anything along those lines yet,,GOOD ADVICE! i tip my hat to you Sir!!! :thumbsup:
