No I usually take 2 in the am 4before workout and 2 before bed. There are quite a few people who take more than me.

I've been taking 2 pre breakfast. 2 pre lunch and 2 pre workout.

Trying to see if I did three if it would kill me.

ive gone up to as much as 3 for three meals a day and it doesn't have any negative effects, its actually quite effective
 
I have tried to go 3/3/3 and 1-3 before bed. No problems here, but always remember to get in enough water. And I try to take 3 before workout instead of lunch because I feel a nice energy boost and a good amount of sweat, great stuff!
 
Just know where the bathroom is at all times. DCP definitely upped the count of my "movements" throughout the day!
 
I have done as many as 18 in a day. No issues at all, other than a slight increase in bowel movement frequency, which I took as a good sign. My waist circumference decreased dramatically pretty quickly.

btw, I'm on the Anabolic Diet, should I log this shiz?
