I was powerful on legs today, I am almost going to weep with joy cuz it's been 6 months since I've been able to really push legs like that...

I was a fuggin animal!!! fug I love gettin there, owning it, groaning it, honing it and boning it!!!

Yes I found a sweet spot. I could have doubled the dose but I am happy with the 50% increase. That way I can run it right up to 6 weeks. I'm havin a party on this :)
 
Chest and triceps, another phenomenal workout despite fighting off some nagging injuries. Can't remember if I mentioned, I tweaked my back last week doing wheel of death, this is my chief concern. I am hesitant about doing WOD today but at the same time it's not an exercise you want to take a break from as it doesn't take long to start to lose numbers.

Yeah I had some major chest/shoulder pains a few years back, then realized my bench press grip was too wide....

There's always a reason. I can work around a lot of things but I have to know when to back off.

Good arm day, man I am seeing a lot of size and definition in my arms lately. I am really pleased with the separation between my triceps and shoulder which leads me to believe that I just got a little watery in the mid section due to diet and am actually a little leaner than I thought. It's cleaned up so I should see some progress soon.
 
Wow I know I have been looking bigger but I am up 4 lbs from last week. I definitely don't look like I gained any fat.

Great fuggin workout. Had to split it up cuz I had a client show up 90 minutes early for his appointment!!! ??? It worked out well as I could really focus more with the rest in between. One downer was I didn't get to work with the sweet thing that showed up while I was training him. Yah there is this girl I converted from a marathon runner to body shaping as she has so much potential. She's looking fine too.... I love my fuggin job.

Pump was fuggin massive I am really getting some size in and it's pretty fuggin hard.
 
Smashed my fuggin legs lol I am going to be walking funny tomorrow :)

Since I work at a gym I am starting to split up my body parts I do one near the beginning of my shift then wait a few hours and do the next. Man it's fuggn awesome. Full fuggin blast all the way!!!

Kicked the crap out of my chest, then trained an up and coming Hockey star, he's a hard worker, he keeps it up who knows. He's 16 and going be playing with 21-22 year olds as he's moving up to Junior from AAA.

Trained ticeps separately and was able to add some weight as I was not pre-exhausted from just doing chest.

I stretched but I am still in a lot of pain...head to toe. Joints feel pretty rough. Almost through the 5 week 5 day split. Might add a week of lower rep work, have to play it by ear for that.
 
Wow I finished the 5 day split and it almost killed me in the end. I have never felt that kind of DOMS in my fuggin life. I like DOMS but this was some kind of cyber DOMS bent on killing me. I actually had to take Advil to sleep about 3 times last week.

I am deloading this week with a new routine. I am still pretty trashed, I'll fill in the details later.
 
Ok started PCT and final weigh in had me close to 214 which is fuggin crazy. I knew I was looking huge but this is nuggin futs. I sort of planned on getting more cut but size happened .. oh well. Not competing this year so not so big a deal. I am quite fit though.

I mentioned I was going to update you on the change of routine.

It's what I call muscle saturation and consists of super sets with drops in them.

Chest
flat db press drop 1 ss
Incline flies drop 1 ss
decline db press drop 1

I will do 3 to 4 sets of each

Back width is 4 exercises 3 with drops
Strait arms pulldown drop 1 ss
Wide lat pulldown drop 1 ss
rev lat pulldown drop 1 ss
Lat shrugs

Yah I was pretty surprised a the size increase. I know the 5 day split is tailor mode for this though. I got beat up though and I'm glad to be back on 3 day split. I am still separating body parts though. Today I did chest using 4 1 1 0 tempo, fug it hurt but all good pain. My range of motion is insane. The way you can really do this is do the range and stretch the body part that you are doing as far as you can that is real full range when you can't stretch in anymore. This may cause a extra second on the pause so it's really like a 5 second negative or a 2 second pause depends on how you look at it.
 
Ok like I said I ended up going for size on this. I wanted to get good and cut for summer but I never really got it together. I dropped some fat no doubt but never really got ripped. I am at a good maintenance body fat right now. I am going to switch back over to Lean gains and try and get a little leaner. With the new business and all it's just easier to go more maintenance right now. This is an easy way for me to get a bit leaner.

You really lit a fire for me with that enhanced hypertrophy stuff you're doing and I started working again with different tempos but I have really been concentrating on extending the range of motion to the point where the muscle just won't stretch anymore. It's fuggin so fuggin painful but you know good pain the kind that almost gives you wood :) It's fuggin Madness!!! I'm almost screaming during my reps. Massive, Massive pumps!!!

On top of that I am doing it with my muscle saturation routine lol yah I'm nuggin futs ...

Flat db press drop 1 ss
Incline fly drop 1 ss
Decline db press drop 1

I do the first rotation and wonder how the fug am I going to do this 2 more times... I did though and if fuggin really hurt but I loved it!!! I'm a very sick man but I love that too :)
 
Oh yeah adding it to that program should really make for a nice burn and pump.
 
I'm pretty fuggin sore in the chest particularly. I am so glad I'm off that fuggin 5 day split, it damn near killed me. This would have been a workout day, now I can just stretch instead.

Mentioned that I went back on lean gains as it's just easier for me to do maintenance on this diet. I am too far away from my next show (in about 16 months) to have the focus I need to get really lean. I can easily ride lean gains down to the single digits though. So far it looks good.
