Your body will store more fat and retain water doing this, which is counter productive as the body is most primed for muscular growth the less fat it has. Realize when people lack a substantial amount of adequate knowledge that is needed to answer a legitimate question, they always fall back on the most common **** parrot advice. Just to begin, you need to make sure your hormones are optimized and in tact.. thyroid, e2, etc. You can do all the training and dieting you want, but if any of these are out of sync, then your growth rate will plummet, inefficient metabolism, as well as increased fat storage which in turns stores more estrogen, and when you finally burn it off, estrogenic metabolites are circulating through the blood stream, etc.. these are just the few, there are more.
