I usually hate to make early updates, but things are honestly starting to kick in, libido is up, and my muscles definitely feel more hard, I've also been shedding a lot more water than I have been drinking without my urine getting dark at all, just the lovely yellow from my b-vitamins! :D

Sweating like a mofo almost constantly, glad that I don't crash hard off of the 1,3 in the dexaprine.

Cardio hasn't become much (if at all) easier yet.

LoL, definitely focusing on keeping my diet in check and brutalizing my cardio while doing just enough weights to spare the muscles. I really think the recourse/erase are going to help me keep my body anti-catabloic enough to keep them :)

I've just started using the myfitnesspal app to keep closer eye on macros and cal--getting everything as neat and orderly as possible for my cycle/log. Thought it would be a pain in the ass but scanning the bar codes makes it a breeze.
 
Well, due to life at the moment (living with the girlfriend), I tend to have a decently "normal person" dinner, so I just focus on smaller portions there, while really eating like a bird for my other meals. Not ideal I know, but it is what it is :)

I almost feel envy of you when you say "normal person dinner"... I'm married to a Bikini competitor so "normal person" meals do not excist in our house hold... lol!
 
Meh, I love/hate normal person dinners, she's a carb-whore for sure, and I've *never* done well with carbs (keto and me get along just dandy after about a week), but, ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

Nice to have ya onboard southland :) I'm also a huge fan of your revamp, and recourse seems pretty suhweet so far too!
 
7 days a week, if I notice any odd sides i'll be cutting it back.

I'd like to know what your resting heart rate is before (now) and after the gw.
I think that could give us more insight regarding the endurance benefit.
If anything, it'd be a nice experiment.

no prob, but from what i infer, the endurance is a side-benefit of the body using fat for fuel, and not really a cardiovascular fitness improvement.

What a great resource to find out about chemicals?!
It's kind of expensive, so I want to get as informed as possible.
I'm also curious if it's only the body fat being used for energy or is it making the fat from our marcos more accessible for energy.
 
I think it prioritizes circulating fat first and then bodyfat, but I'm not 100% sure, this is only a guess due to the fact that it has been shown to lower cholesterol levels as well.

As a small update though:
I feel that this is working well, I'm only a week in and i'm noticing more fatloss than I would have expected from the stack without the GW. I feel that the Erase and Recourse are doing an excellent job in promoting a pro-anabolic environment to prevent muscle catabolism. Nothing I would consider a side at this point, maybe some extra thrist, but that really isn't an issue I feel.

things are going swell, I think the weights program I laid out for myself is a bit too much to really do the cardio I want. Looking into alternatives.
 
too beat, lol, I train fasted.
 
The only way I have found to be able to do cardio and weights effectively was to take a fruit/protein smoothy after first training session to get glycogen stores back up a bit. On top of this Salt baths help with muscle fatigue and help avoid D.O.M.S. Also training spacing is really key. Sauna's also make me feel better but thats just me.
 
I just don't have the option right now of two training sessions. Wish I did man. Maybe I'll bring some fruit juice with me to the gym and drink it in-between.
 
Why you don’t change it a little bit, I would do
LISS 20’ only after lifting.
(some waxy maize or whey right after lifting and little before cardio and some after cardio)
HIIT away from lifting with 80’’ 30’’ intervals. First thing in the morning the best for 20’ (take some aminomax8000 before)
Sauna's only away from lifting and cardio. Avoid too much dehydration
 
I don't sauna, but I might try that cardio this next week.

Comin along slow and steady, still trying to kick some badass lethargy that hits me late in the day or when I first wake up. My sleep hasn't been the greatest though lately so I'm guessing that is what is causing it. No major sides that I can attribute to the stack at all.
 
i'm thinking of adding this in to my next cycle. i want to gain muscle but lose some of the gut i recently gained due to an injury. i'm really interested in the enhanced endurance as i do a lot of cycling. i will be running thew gw on cycle and adding im ostarine during pct.
