It really depends on the individual and how sensitive they are to insulin. Also, if one is sensitive to insulin and easily goes hypoglycemic, how it affects them and how well they deal with it. For example, I am VERY sensitive to ANY change in my insulin levels and blood sugars, etc., and I can easily go hypo and do often, but I am used to it (yes, even though I eat a lot and a lot of carbohydrates), so it doesn't bother me, but it might cause another individual to be almost comatose and unable to do anything from the nausea, etc., especially if they do not eat within the period specified after dosing. But, like I said, it is all very individual dependent, and if you ARE sensitive to insulin or easily go hypoglycemic, you would be an idiot if you used a high dosage of any insulin mimic or did not eat as directed afterwards.
