Another Natadrol Log (unspon)

New Diet Outline
Meal 1: 6 sausage links, 2 tbsp PB
post-wo: 2 scoops whey
Meal 2: 6 omega-3 eggs
Meal 3: 8-10oz. lean meat 1/2 c. almonds (Having turkey today)
Meal 4: 8-10oz red meat, Probably have some sort of greens and olive oil with this meal
Before Bed: 2 scoops protein, 2 tbsp PB

Will Probably have some types of cheese with a meal or 2, and probably use nuts, cheese stick/cubes, pepperoni if I need something to snack on between meals
 
405x6 is nothing to sneeze at bro! Serious business going on!
 
it takes a few weeks to get used to those immediate drops!! The heart rate and muscles are just on fire while pushing through them. You do get used to them, and actually look forward to them!!! Great work brother!!

Day 17

Low Intensity Cardio- Went for a nice brisk walk with the family around the community for about an hour. Hooray for keto cardio lol, and did P90x Ab ripper x

Overview of the supplements so far:
Natadrol- Increased Recovery, energy and motivation in the gym, Muscle density looks and feels great, I look a bit leaner so far and have maintained same weight. Haven't really noticed anything strength wise yet, but have over 5 more weeks to go so we'll see. Only problem I've had here has been having some weird dreams at night that sometimes wake me up and it's harder than normal for me to fall back asleep when I wake up in the middle of the night now.
Speed V2- Can definately tell this puts my body in a more thermal state, especially in the gym, sometimes feels like I'm getting a bit too hot though lol, I have dropped my doses from 3 to 2 a day to extend the life of the bottle I think I only have about 10 days or so left now though.
NO Infuse- Could definately feel extra pumps from this product the 2 times I have used it so far pre-workout. Only thing about it is the dosing on it is kinda weird to decide where to spray it at especially now that I'm doing full body, I'm just going to divide the 10 sprays up on whatever muscles I decide I really wanna feel pumped that day I suppose.
 
Checkin in bro! I loved my Natadrol run, ran it for like 6 weeks i beleive and was cutting the whole time and strength was just unreal for me along with the pumps and body recomp. Ive also been on GHenerate for 3+ months and am loving it. I love waking up and my body is just starving for food.
 
yeah cant wait til my ghenerate gets in, gonna dose it same as gmg has been 8 sprays twice a day 5on 2off, what dosing have u been following?
 
give that dosing a shot and adjust from there. Your body needs the 2 days off a week to ensure the body continues to produce on its own.

Off Day. Just took the son for a nice little stroll earlier this morning.
Gonna crank up the grill here in a bit, should be a good day!
 
Ive been trying 8 sprays before workout and 8 sprays before bed to see how that does and im liking it 5on/2off.
 
I may order some and use PCT. Looks different but im hearing good things so far. Let me know how it goes the next week or so!
 
yeah it sounds nice havent got mine in the mail yet but soon as I do I'll add any effects of it to the log man, should be good stuff
 
agreed with the no sleepiness thing. and also agree with the deeper sleep as well. Most HGH's do similar. What you really want, aside from the obvious benefits of youthfulness running through your body, is the recovery aspects. Long term usage gives one a better sense of well being, longevity, and stronger muscles!!

weight: 205, down 4 lbs since starting recomp so almost 1lb per day. Muscles are still looking and feeling very full and hard, all the weight loss appears to be fat weight as I dont feel or appear to have lost any of the lbm.

I went with 12 sprays of NO Infuse today, 2 on each delt, tricep, bicep. Gonna stick with this dosing as the pumps were definately feeling nice today.

I have 1 more day left of my first bottle of natadrol, I've decided to go ahead and bump up to 8 cap a day when I start the next bottle and continue this for 2 bottles, this will only knock 5 days off my entire cycle, so this cycle will now last a total of 50 days with 3 bottles of nat.

Just another stabalization ball ab routine for today, was hoping to get some low intensity cardio in but its been nasty outside last few days and no planning to go to the gym today so may have to improvise something up later on we'll see.

8 caps is sounding damn sweet man, I have a stash sitting here, and you are tempting me to run it high in my final weeks on Natadrol.
 
Man, all you guys running this at 8 caps make me wish I had gone up to 8. I'm gonna have to run this again during the summer.... This time I'll buy enough!

Day 25

Got abs and some low intense cardio in yesterday. Today is an off day, time for some nice R&R.

NATADROL REVIEW SO FAR
Pump: Definately a big plus here, muscles feel and stay hard and pumped all day
Endurance: Another plus for endurance, never feel tired during my workouts and always wanna do more.
Energy: No noticeable increase in the energy department for me.
Libido: First couple of weeks gave big increase to libido, leveled out after that and back to normal.
Strength: Strength has been steadily holding, increased slightly on some workouts While recomping.
Recovery: Natadrol increases recovery nicely for sure, body has been back and ready for every workout.
Sides: Lost some sleep during the first couple weeks of my cycle due to odd dreams and difficuutly falling back asleep. No other noticeable sides so far during my cycle.

Today really felt great, I can tell the 8 caps a day is making the difference. First day I've really felt an increase in strength since I started the stack and this is with the weight I've been cutting.

Anyone have any experience with fitness one? my nata stack was preordered there on 3/18 and still has not shipped was supposed to be in stock on the 23rd, when i questioned them about it they pretty much blamed LG on being late on their shipment and told me it should ship out last friday or today, still havent heard anything else from them..
 
I'll see what I can figure out for you. - Always someone elses fault, isn't it? :dunno: - God forbid they have to change their site to say Out of Stock. lol
