At 500 mg pretty much everyone would need an ai and I'd argue even at 2-300 the majority will but it takes very little arimidex to mess you up. 0.5 has always been too much for me. Id assume taking 0.25 eod or e3d is better than 0.5 two times a week as an example.I suppose the bloodwork will tell which direction it’s going. Since this is the day it was done, let us remember this. He went from 0.5mg on pinning day only to just this week adding an extra 0.5 on EOD between pins.

When looking at hormone manipulation, you need to look at trends over days. If I pull a 90%+ deadlift in training I will feel the effects in training for another week.

When all else fails, MT-II or PT-141!We TRT guys know the ED problem. My remedy is 50-100mg proviron/d, if "Dingus points to my feet". Upping DHT brings him up. BUT, DHT may make you more aggressive too -and you can't stay always on DHT (well, some may do it anyways...).

Worked for me on my toughest deca-d*&^ days.
High DHT tends to make me feel very confident and smooth, when E2 is in check, but high DHT can also make E2 plummet over time. That's when things get bad. Low E2 = low seratonin.
