Does anyone remember someone posting a image of angel tatoo that looked like jesus on the crucifix with wings? If you do who was it and what thread was it in. i want to show it to someone. I searched for it and could not find it. Thanx!!

I create tattoo designs from time to time.
 
I as well, I want to get one for my birthday before next wrestling season. I want something tribal but not like most, most being things you see on everybody these days.

I already have 6 tats but would like my entire back done if I can find the right dragon scene. Any thoughts????

I am thinking right delt gowing down to the peak of my bicep...

I want a tribal looking one with my brothers initials "JDK"

and perhaps one with my daughters name "Billy"
 
I've made up my mind that I'm going for my second one this coming september. I was thinking of the black and silver superman symbol, but instead of the traditional border I want to get barbells interconnected. I've come up with a few sketches on my own but my design skills are how you say "lacking"

Just don't get the face tattoos that he has or the NASCAR one.
 
Oh god no never on the face, I've always been a big fan of superman always watched the cartoons and loved the movies. Add to that weight lifting which is something I absolutely have a passion for and I have a pretty good idea of what its going to look like.
 
ive been wanting this angel tat i have had in mind for the past few years now, but havent really liked anything people drew up for me. im decent at drawing myself so even i tried... ehhhhh. james maybe u could help no? lol i know u already have like 8 people asking u to draw somethign up right now lol.
 
Dragon and angle designs would be lots of fun to create.

Time consuming stuff though.

I would be willing to tackle stuff like that for interesting trades…. Like supps.

Another thing…. I can create the design but you need to be sure your tattoo artist is able to pull it off.

For instance say you wanted a portrait…. And I draw this… pic1… not a lot of tattoo artists could pull this off (well) so I could make it a little more simplistic…. Pic 2

I need to know what you’re working with in terms of the artists competency.

The level he or she is at will have a major impact on the complexity of the design.

Or…. I could just do my thing and you could take the image around and hope for the best.

damn both look amazing to be honest. i say do your thing, however u feel will look the best, im actually feelin the second pic alittle more though, not so much detail, only because some tatoos tend to turn into a ball from far away if theres to much detail ya know? but i say do your thing, your style is actually exactly what ive been looking for for it, and if i like it that much (wich by looking at your work i will) i will take it all over new york to find an artist to draw it. if i have to.
as far as trade, what supps u interested in a have a few here... or i have no problem just throwin u some money.

also u on myspace i remember a thread on here bout myspace, n when i saw your drawings just now it reminded me i think i might have saw your page?
 
For those of you searching for the angel tattoo. I have one. I drew this design myself, so I would really appreciate it if you guys didn't use it without asking. Anyways, here it is (not sure if this is what you boys are looking for):

Mind you this is literally minutes after getting it done...

Wow, that is a sweet azz tat man! :D Thats very original, as well as pretty original spot. I got a tribal on the same spot, and mine looks like crap compared to yours. Reps for sure.

I'm thinking about finishing it. I want it to be like The Ascension (sp?) by Michealangelo (not sure if he was the artist). Either way, I want to make it a quarter sleeve & have it rap around my bi & go up to my delt. I'm coming up with a design now. We'll see what happens.

I’m working on your angel and refrieddreams tribal.
 
i have it exactly in my head how i want it. an angel (thinking on one half side of my back going down, or on my side torso area) dress all torn, wings all torn, with maybe one wing up n the other covering like the lower half of her body. wind blowing her hair/dress around. one hand on her forhead kinda like feeling one of her two little horns that have just started to grow on her, n the other arm down holding the halo that was once on her.... thats the idea i have had for the past few years i really want... kinda tedious i know, not a drawin that will take a short time.

ive treid looking everywhere (internet, tattoo parlors) and i never see anything remotlely close to this to atleast give an artist to work from.

Ok well, I didn't get the whole sleeve done but I got a working progress on it. I'm still changing the design for the rest of the sleeve. Here's what I have done so far. Let me know what you guys think, honest opinions...don't blow smoke up my ass. Thanks boys.

P.S. I JUST got it done. That's why it's so much darker than the other angel.

I think you should have that angels interacting with each other in the scene… What do you have planned for the rest?

I see the good… what about the bad? (satan’s team)
 
I'm planning on some clouds & a ray or light coming down from above the angel on my shoulder to the one on the inside of my bi. Then put some angel silhouttes in the background. The idea I had in my head was a mix of Michealangelo's Asencion & the roof of the Sistine Chapel where God is touching man.

Not sure I want to keep adding to my body & add the bad (satan's team) lol. If I ever did do that, it be on my right arm, same fashion, but I think after this I'll be done. I'm due to go in on Wednesday, I'll post final pics then.
