Day 25-3 days of being sick.;.;. Chest day.. I forgot my phone so I did not write it down....
But what I can say is that I did DB incline press with 95 for 3 reps that to me is kick @$$ I have not done that in a long time--- I also did DB incline with 70 for 12 reps (I have never done that many reps, the most I have done for reps 8).. I am being to see the effects of my stack working.. The only department that is not working is recovery, this part is non existing I am sore.
