Andromass V3 and Androdrive for 8 weeks…..

Day 25-3 days of being sick.;.;. Chest day.. I forgot my phone so I did not write it down....


But what I can say is that I did DB incline press with 95 for 3 reps that to me is kick @$$ I have not done that in a long time--- I also did DB incline with 70 for 12 reps (I have never done that many reps, the most I have done for reps 8).
. I am being to see the effects of my stack working.. The only department that is not working is recovery, this part is non existing I am sore.
 
Day 26 and 27 I took off Family stuff... Sat and Sunday is my Cardio ....

By the way my wife is having our second boy in June... I am so pump right now... I need to work harder now to keep up with those boys...

last thing starting on 30th I will dosing 9 AM a day! i have eating 3900 cals a day just food.. My current weight is 195...

So I am finishing week 4 as promised pic and new measurement... Be kind to me you baster.. the wife say and plenty of folks say I am bigger and get more define so I will take it!!!

Good workout today.. Back is feeling real good!!!!! And the iron is so light I was freaking out I wanted to go so heavy today but i did not- I had great form and did 2 sec pause for everything.... Honestly I think you need two bottles of AM to get the full affect.... 4 week is not enough time... Androdrive is very good -focus is just great plus I use a none stim pre drink too wow what a combo... any who I love this run!

Thanks... So strange that my measurements are bigger but my pic do not show that.. the wife did the measurements 3 times because even I said WTF.. Next Measurements I do I will do a video... I am pretty happy right now....
 
Day 31

Chest day..... Had very little time so i did chest and abs... 30min total.... I had some real raw power today I wish I had more time because the floor press I feel is harder then the bench press.. I was just feeling it ( in the Zone kind of thing) I was just jacking the iron like it was nothing... I could of add maybe 20lb more on the floor press and decline. .Wow What a great feeling and my left shoulder felt ok little sore now...

Overall:
No side effects
Strength is increasing ( took about 3 weeks for me to notice)

From 5:30am -7pm is pure Focus Androdrive is great 4 caps is good for me

I have lost body fat i will need to check what is but you can see from the pic I am getting leaner

Increase in lean mass ( look at my before and after measurements..today at the gym a trainer ask me about my log and wanted to see if I was bsing on my measurements he is a believer. Lean mass Nice!~!


My thoughts:
AM is for the hard core Gym rats who have their shi@@# together Diet, training, solid plan and dedication to the goal at hand.. I just feel this not for no newB....

I am shifting gears on this Log... I am going to drop the AD so I can increase my dose of AM, I will dose AM 9 a day for the last 4 weeks- End date will be March 3... I will keep this log up and running until I have completed my PCT---

This is the best PH stack I every used... But I want to test the water with 9 or even 12 AM, I think the AD will not go well with higher dose of AM unless you say other wise... But since you ask should I just keep my log as is?.. Let me know what you think so I can plan for tomorrow!

Whenever i make changes to things in my routine or diet that are already working....I usually regret the changes lol

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. Here is the deal, keep the dose as low as possible when making progress it will be better for you in the long run, trust me. Gains will not double just because you double the dose, and you win out by using less of a dose i.e. cheaper, healthier, and easier to retain the gains into and after PCT.

One more solid arm workout... My arms are looking soo good and got that horseshoe on my tri folks this is the greatest PH stack every!!!!

I feel on all day for the last 5 days before it was hit or miss... no side at all I am still making love to the wife no issue in that department how can that be!!! ( no shutdown for real)

Day 36.. Back day

Today I did everything slow with real good form... My back is swollen from doing the BB Bent over box row.. My ego just got a boost today in the gym.. One of the guys in the my gym said dam island you are looking big- I may need to jump on the andromass intsead of using gear.... it Validate the dedication and how well PP products works..... can get a praise primordial performance...

I use the box to stand higher so the bar will not touch the ground ... It help stretch the back out a little more FYI you can not go heavy doing it this way or you will jack your self up max i do 155.. I like do this just for a change.... try it you back will be sore....

Day 40

Andromass has androhad in the mix... My personal results is I have gained lean mass and lost a fair amount of body fat- this is a pic from two days ago... I have cut down my cals from 4000 to 3600 3800.... If you look my 4 weeks before and after you see can how much fat I lost-- I thought it was not working at 1st even after I increase my cal but yesterday I got my body fat check at the the gym 17% ( Sorry no base line the only thing I can say I was at 21% in nov 2011) My muscle look fuller... FYI the WIFE IS PISSED OFF!!!!!!! She say hurry up and get done with stack because I am very Cranking and I have mood swings-= She is 5 month but she knows me.. So Andromass is making crazy-- even at work I have a short fuse!!!! he he wait no he he I can not lose my job
 
Day 43-- Chest day...

Had good chest workout with one on my friends who is using anavar we went head to head on chest..... Today was the 1st pr on decline 265 for 4 reps... and I got 295 with little help... The only thing that is not going is my flat bench press is still at 205 for 9 reps and I can only do 225 for 6 reps very disappointing.. I would thought that I would have gotten at lest 12 by now. any how I am still very bloated!!! and it sucks donkey balls.. have a good night I am off to play BB

Yesterday was day 44 -back....

I have been working out with the crew ( These are the folks that left big) it is hard for me to write my shi@#@ down in my workout log when working with dudes.. I found that I needed someone to push me harder in the gym hence the crew!!! So here are some high lights of my workout

These guys was pushing me hard yesterday yelling at telling that AM is crap and I should invest in the real deal if I want to get strong. F them baster I was On like the break of dawn!!! son!!!!


Incline lever row 160lb wide grip for 4 reps say what !!!! I have never done that kind of weight every!!!!

Cable row closed grip... 260lb 5 reps yep that to me is wow... ( increase by 20 lb)

So my weight has stabilize I am currently at 198 dry ( I weighing my self in the AM)... Even after increase my cal's to 4000 for 5 weeks I did not gain any real size .. I am not going to start eating 4500 cal's that is just not going to happen, I feel that since I did eat 4000 4100 cal's I should got a little more weight. ( I want to make sure folks understand I swim (2x a week), play basketball( 3 times week) walk everyday 2-4 miles) so yes I am active!!!!

today is day 48 of my run:

Yesterday I did standing shoulder press 270!!! ( it was a machine but Dam!!!) Pr for me my shoulder is very sore...
So far 6 weeks in and I feeling real good, no sides and i do look fuller i will post a pic today a full body after my swim..
AMV3 is good product but once more you need to do 8 weeks and I even think 10 weeks would be real good . it took week 5 for me to be in the zone and seeing results.

my bloating went away at last!!!!!

Eat more! lol, I feel though with the strength gains you could be adding more weight, or just drop back on your activity level, but if you are happy with your results just keep doing what you are doing:)

No more eating!! I am currently 206 this AM I have no clue on when i got to 206!!!.... So I need to make sure I do not gain any more... I am very happy at 206... Now i need to get my abs in order.... 206 is a good weight for me.
 
I've been on AM for about six weeks now and have set PR's for everything. My weight has gone up about 10 lbs but I think 8 of that is in my gut. Not happy about that. Going to try AL after this cycle and hit up more cardio.
