Andromass Log: 8wk AM w/ SD kicker --> osta/s4

Bout to stuff my face. My blood was red, so that's a step in the right direction. I'll report bloods back asap. It might be monday due to it being friday.

I do all this super heavy work late at night, so no spot. I just meathook off the rack to the flat bench, set on quads (works lactic acid out after a squat day lol) then fall back with the weight so that it sort of rests on my front deltoid... flat back, feet up, explode up. I'm mad impressed with the strength, its what has been most impressive overall by far.

Lactic acid is not what causes soreness. That's an old myth that still lingers around even though it's not true.
 
All that weight settin' on my quad doesn't feel good either way! What is it? I'd love to have some knowledge dropped...

It's from microtrauma to the muscle fiber, which causes them to bleed and leads to inflammation. Lactic acid only builds up during the set, but is quickly removed upon cessation. In fact, the lactic acid itself is not responsible for the "burn;" it's from an accumulation of H ions.

So far, so good. Strength is the best part of it all, though. Loving the strength and being really good and healthy to do these heavy lifts correctly.

Got bloods in the works, will post on monday prob. Thanks for the kind words.
 
Will post full results later. I am concerned about my FSH and LH though... here is a quick overview:

HDL -- 8
LDL -- 113
LH -- 0.1
FSH -- 0.3

estradiol -- 44.9 (this normal?)

I will post a before and after when I get home tonight. For now, though, the LH and FSH are a bit worrying to me. Thoughts?

Dang, that looks like typical HDL/LDL profile after SD. That will correct itself by just stopping SD and eating clean. Estradiol is high, but not by a lot. Low 40's can still be considered normal (high end of normal). What about AST and ALT? I'm guessing close to 100?
 
Also, the LH being low is because SD is very suppressive, are your boys smaller? Just be sure to do full PCT and have a AI on hand to keep estrogen in check as you come to the end of this cycle, the last thing you want is elevated estrogen with a suppressed HPTA.

Balls are smaller.. sd is done, finishing w am at 9noon pills a day. I feel better being off sd.. wow what a killer.

I have serm, letro, Forma... estrogen could be high due to dropping sd?

Wow! That's good news on the LFT's! Wasn't too toxic...
Estrogen is high because of SD, and by stopping it you will have elevated estrogen with less androgens (because of there being no more SD in your system). But because you are still on AM this could help off-set that. I don't think you need to be too concerned, just pay attention. If nips start hurting or becoming sensitive then start a low dose of SERM, but as long as you follow up with a solid PCT you should be fine. I would get some DAA for PCT if you don't already have any, that should speed up HPTA recovery.
 
Just another note, due to SD's structure it cannot aromatize so any estrogen issues with it will be from an estrogen rebound. I just wanted to add that because after reading my previous post I didn't think it was very clear.

BLOODS COMPARISON - LIPIDS TANKED

first bloods are from 11 august after 4 wks of being completely off of everything. The bloods to the right are after 4wks of SD and AM. SD has been stopped (gains plateaued) and, as you can see, it TANKED my lipids all over the place. Thanks for some interpretation already, kc, your knowledge is infinitely valuable on this end. thank you. Anything else jump out as glaring?

Look at those liver values... I don't know about y'all, but I'm damn impressed by those numbers. All these herbs and a clean diet is what I attribute it to.

I think overall the most "glaring" is the cholesterol numbers, but you know that already. I wouldn't worry about BUN/Creatinine, I seem to always test high in them on or off.

If you use creatine as a supplement then you will test high. If LFT's are good then this is no concern. Even if you eat enough red meat (like a over a pound a day which is not hard to do when bulking) you can still teat high. Also they have done multiple studies showing creatinine is not toxic as they once thought. So the only reason to limit creatine is simply water retention as far as I'm concerned.

Yeah, I am aware of the Creatine -> Creatinine connection, but I do test high even when not supplementing with Creatine. As you mentioned though, the potential culprit is heavy red meat intake.

Feeling really good with no lethargy. SD is a killer. My weight is steady at #195. I have the next few days off and plan on eating a ton while getting in some really good core lifts: squat, deads, bench. I want to hit #120 db's on flat bench. I will report back. :D:D:D:D

You're from Texas; it's state law to consume red meat with a side of red meat.

I suppose it is about day 42. I am holding steady at 195ish. I have some unwanted fat that isn't agreeing with me. I am holding it around my chest area (I have since I was a kid) and it drives me crazy. I can rep 100# dbs but my chest doesn't stand out... :S Oh well. I am have dropped the SD and overall feel less sickly, or, less like my body is not in hyperdrive and trying to compensate. My nuts have gotten a bit bigger (thanks heretostudy and rodja for the transdermal scrotum application - big ups lol)

AM is steady at 9 pills a day. When I can work out I never decrease in strength or sets, but my DRIVE like on SD is not there. Strength has been maintained quite nicely since dropping SD... the AM must be doing something :D I tried 115#db on flat bench and was not able to get any reps. I could do 100 for 1x3 after that though pretty nicely. I rested my shoulder after that - I don't like to push it.

Overall, I'm pretty pleased - really with strength more than anything. I feel like I run something in about 16wks or so that can cut me down... as i want to continue this cycle till it ends, finish PCT with sarms and then be natty for a whole little while. Let those BEAT UP numbers calm down.

I will be getting bloods on the conclusion of the cycle. With the "diet" I am on I am not too upset with a little fat gain. I fill out L size shirts very easily. It almost looks like I have a moo moo on hahahaha I was getting baked earlier and laughing at how I looked in the mirror if I was doing certain things.

tl;dr: all is well on the home front. day 42. 195# +13ish errthing great!

One thing to remember is that even on cycle, you can reach CNS fatigue is you're doing the same routine. The best way to avoid this is to switch up the main lift that you do on each day (e.g. conjugate periodization).

hCG is really for on-cycle usage, not PCT since it can be suppressive. What do you mean by estrogen rebound?

I'm curious as well, why no stinging nettle in PCT? I though this was the best way to up Free Test due to nettles strong binding affinity to SHBG? Would it be because if you're HPTA is shut down then the nettle would just free up E2?
