I do all this super heavy work late at night, so no spot. I just meathook off the rack to the flat bench, set on quads (works lactic acid out after a squat day lol) then fall back with the weight so that it sort of rests on my front deltoid... flat back, feet up, explode up. I'm mad impressed with the strength, its what has been most impressive overall by far.
All that weight settin' on my quad doesn't feel good either way! What is it? I'd love to have some knowledge dropped...
181# to 195#? I'd say this is a great cycle! Lookin beast bruh! Keep up the great work and finish this at 200#!

Look at those liver values... I don't know about y'all, but I'm damn impressed by those numbers. All these herbs and a clean diet is what I attribute it to.

Actually I've had and seen worse, it's old hat with SD and bad cholesterol numbers.
If you use creatine as a supplement then you will test high. If LFT's are good then this is no concern. Even if you eat enough red meat (like a over a pound a day which is not hard to do when bulking) you can still teat high. Also they have done multiple studies showing creatinine is not toxic as they once thought. So the only reason to limit creatine is simply water retention as far as I'm concerned.

Feeling really good with no lethargy. SD is a killer. My weight is steady at #195. I have the next few days off and plan on eating a ton while getting in some really good core lifts: squat, deads, bench. I want to hit #120 db's on flat bench. I will report back.![]()

Everytime I consider the SD route I see bloodwork like this, and choose to avoid it.
I suppose it is about day 42. I am holding steady at 195ish. I have some unwanted fat that isn't agreeing with me. I am holding it around my chest area (I have since I was a kid) and it drives me crazy. I can rep 100# dbs but my chest doesn't stand out... :S Oh well. I am have dropped the SD and overall feel less sickly, or, less like my body is not in hyperdrive and trying to compensate. My nuts have gotten a bit bigger (thanks heretostudy and rodja for the transdermal scrotum application - big ups lol)
AM is steady at 9 pills a day. When I can work out I never decrease in strength or sets, but my DRIVE like on SD is not there. Strength has been maintained quite nicely since dropping SD... the AM must be doing somethingI tried 115#db on flat bench and was not able to get any reps. I could do 100 for 1x3 after that though pretty nicely. I rested my shoulder after that - I don't like to push it.
Overall, I'm pretty pleased - really with strength more than anything. I feel like I run something in about 16wks or so that can cut me down... as i want to continue this cycle till it ends, finish PCT with sarms and then be natty for a whole little while. Let those BEAT UP numbers calm down.
I will be getting bloods on the conclusion of the cycle. With the "diet" I am on I am not too upset with a little fat gain. I fill out L size shirts very easily. It almost looks like I have a moo moo on hahahaha I was getting baked earlier and laughing at how I looked in the mirror if I was doing certain things.
tl;dr: all is well on the home front. day 42. 195# +13ish errthing great!
One thing to remember is that even on cycle, you can reach CNS fatigue is you're doing the same routine. The best way to avoid this is to switch up the main lift that you do on each day (e.g. conjugate periodization).
