But aren't most people getting their serms from research sites? If so those things are not trust worthy IMO. DAA, an ant-e like shift or ATD should be plenty to get you go going from something like this, I would think.

Shift is not an AI (Erase is their AI) and ATD is a crap AI. Finding a good source for a SERM is a lot easier than you think and worth the effort.

Say it took you 10minutes to find a research chem place, it would take you 20minutes to find a place with pharm grade. Its worth the look.
 
Day 16
This day was great. 8 300 cal Small meals all containing whole grains and protein. Did a boot camp suicide workout at my gym which was polymetrics and all sorts of jumping around pushups etc. was a great day sweating feeling dense and great.

Bicep today. But today felt different, minus a pre-workout i felt ON. The pump was UNREAL, i'm not kidding here i felt transformed. Its seems likes its all up hill from here. WOW
9/10 workout quality

This cycle is going so amazingly i couldn't ask for smoother, better results. I feel dense and pumped way past leaving the gym as well as just amped and full. WOW to imagine 6 more weeks is unreal. Can't wait till tomorrows workout

Day 18

Still feeling very "on" full pumps all day and confidence soaring - a usual feeling at this point. Todays shoulder pump was amazing. Keep it coming! hit a pr on military dumbbell :)
Also going to need to find a way to add more weight for my cable crunch pull down because at this point i max it out (200) 20 times easily.

Don't forget to do your posterior delt work, too. They help to correct postural deviations and internal rotation of the humerus.

Decent workout toady was in a rush and didn't get to spend as long as I wanted in the gym. However still an amazing workout, feeling great and strong.

Today was a rest day, and despite getting some bad news from my parents I am remaining positive and full of energy all day.

Day 21

Todays workout was absolutely ridiculous. First nice day all year (70 degrees). Needless to say the gym was incredibly hot, aka sweating balls 5 minutes in, but it felt great. the Chest workout was amazing, even hit a new pr on my dumbbell max which felt amazing.Progress pics coming soon!

Have you ran dbol? Maybe try the AM and AH solo first

never real dbol, but 3 weeks on phera 30/30/30 gave me 18lbs & its been over a year since then. Im leaning towards an easy modest cycle of AH & AM, 4 weeks 6 caps each for a "clean" bulk, dont really have much fat to lose
 
Oh and lifting with Josh has been at its best l i gotta admit!! strength and reps are up every workout.... only problem is hes sweating nonstop and soaking every bench he sits on...kid became a madman in the gym hes been running circles around me

Ya give it a solo run, and then next time you can stack it with phera.

Havn't been eating many carbs lately, which has given me some lethargy but I'm fighting it hopefully some nice weather soon will help this! This is pre workout Pre-nourished in the morning but def feeling like I can have a six pack and put on some more muscle in a couple more weeks lezzz do it!

Day 23

Killed Shoulders today with a little cardio and abs thrown in there too. The weather is getting even more nice out which is further motivating me towards my six pack goal.

Was a little tired today but endurance was pretty good. Once again, as always drenched. Something I have noticed lately is that recovery is significantly faster and vascularity is much more evident absent a pre-workout. Other than that VERY LITTLE bit of acne and agression, but still feeling great.
