Say it took you 10minutes to find a research chem place, it would take you 20minutes to find a place with pharm grade. Its worth the look.

This day was great. 8 300 cal Small meals all containing whole grains and protein. Did a boot camp suicide workout at my gym which was polymetrics and all sorts of jumping around pushups etc. was a great day sweating feeling dense and great.

Bicep today. But today felt different, minus a pre-workout i felt ON. The pump was UNREAL, i'm not kidding here i felt transformed. Its seems likes its all up hill from here. WOW

This cycle is going so amazingly i couldn't ask for smoother, better results. I feel dense and pumped way past leaving the gym as well as just amped and full. WOW to imagine 6 more weeks is unreal. Can't wait till tomorrows workout

Todays workout was absolutely ridiculous. First nice day all year (70 degrees). Needless to say the gym was incredibly hot, aka sweating balls 5 minutes in, but it felt great. the Chest workout was amazing, even hit a new pr on my dumbbell max which felt amazing.Progress pics coming soon!

Havn't been eating many carbs lately, which has given me some lethargy but I'm fighting it hopefully some nice weather soon will help this! This is pre workout Pre-nourished in the morning but def feeling like I can have a six pack and put on some more muscle in a couple more weeks lezzz do it!
