Day 6 AH/AL

Today is my frist workout on this cycle first thing in the morning, looking in the mirror I feel like every day I'm waking up leaner and I've already gotten two comments from people saying it looks like i've lost weight. Honestly cannot wait till weigh day Monday.

Groggily pounded a hydrowhey this morning followed by Caution for a preworkout

Comments: working out on almost an empty stomach is usually a struggle for me but I handled it pretty well this morning. Also despite a calorie deficit I went up on a couple of my exercises and added a few reps to my sets, which feels great. As always sweating balls in the gym, very nice pump and noticing a much more significant harder v-curve to my torso. Very pleased with the progress of the cycle as well as keeping my strength on a deficit. I will post my diet later on today. Libido and confidence still very very high. Also, recovery seems to be a little faster as well, however, my lower back is VERY sore but it was well worth it.
 
Day 7 AH/AL "The Binge"

woke up at 9 this morning after only 6 hours of sleep (studying) and took my AH/AL as well as 1 scoop XCL labs Caution for a pre workout. Got the Beta-Alanine tingles and was out the door pumped and full of energy. Felt so good that I ran all the way to the gym about half a mile and was drenched in sweat by the time I got there. Def the craziest thermogenic product available considering it was 37 degrees and I was in a sweatshirt and shorts and was dripping sweat.

Workout quality 8.5/10
I experienced a lot of aggression and iritability today at the gym. I found myself increasingly impatient when waiting for my workout partners and ended up leaving them to do some sets alone. Lots of heaving and grunting and continuing to drip sweat everywhere. I have never been this aggressive or so irritable but I do believe this is because my lifting partner (currently on cycle himself) can set me off easily. However, Though it came on fast, it was managable. I ran home after the workout as well wich helped ease the steam. On another note,

Recovery- quality of sleep has not been that excellent due to exam stress but my recovery seems to still be accelerated with a lot less DOMS. Lower back tightening up nicely
Libido 9/10 - Like I said before, feels like middle school again
Aggression 8/10 - very surprised at how angry and emotional I became so quickly, but it was manageable nonetheless
Stress 9/10 - This could also be why irritability is up, everyone has exams right now as well which causes a lot of stress and tension.

One other note: I have forgotten to mention in previous days logs, but I have been experiences a little harder time falling asleep. I saw that on some logs of the previous androhard this was a common symptom. It takes about 20-30 minutes to fall asleep each night where usually I am asleep within 10 minutes. This could also a consequence of exam anxiety and stress as well. Pictures will be up very soon!

Took progress pictures today and all I have to say is wow I am impressed with the power of this stack.

Diet today was very simple: BINGE! I felt as though I looked a little frail because I am leaning out so quickly so I decided to Binge at a local restaurant's Brunch Buffet. I enjoyed Bacon, Yogurt, TONs of fruit, sweet potato tots, and french toast. Felt amazing to fill myself up. Also not too worried about it because I will be running to and from work again (about a half mile each way) as well as a required 45 min fitness swim.
 
I'm in here, Quick question for you tho dude. Is there any reason you are running 6 weeks at the normal dosage instead of using 2 whole bottles in 8 weeks (at your dosage) or upping the dose to finish it in 6??

I may up the dosage after 4 weeks dependent on results. I also do not want to go past 6 weeks for cycle length. And I'm choosing to run it at this dose because the nature of my diet and lifting produces a large deficit so I feel that a stronger dosage will help preserve muscle
 
Great progress in just 7 days, this is going to be very cool to see how it all turns out in the end.
 
Hey guys there is going to be a small gap in my log until thursday because I have exams and will not be gyming and running on 6 hours or less of sleep :-/ can't wait for this to be over so that I can key in my nutrition and finally get back into a restful sleep pattern. Despite lack of sleep, semi-poor diet, I have maintained muscle and lost fat. Aggression and libido are still up will post a very in depth update on thursday
 
Day 9 AH/AL

Very busy and stressed with exams however managed to cram in a quick shoulder workout. Nothing too new to report on.. I feel a lot better than I normally do under these stressful circumstances which is quite an impressive result I believe to be associated androhard. Feeling leaner and leaner every day which is great.

One last quick note: Love the little boost I get after taking my androseries pills, Nothing like taking a little test before the test for that little extra edge. Feeling good, however I can't wait untill I'm back on track diet wise and sleep wise.

I feel you man, it sucks when school/work/life gets in the way, best you can do is cope and get back on track.

Biggest exam is tomorrow around noon so today's update will be very short, things to note are that attitude and confidence are soaring today did legs for the first time in a long time and killed them. I feel great despite everything with exams. Heres the quick workout for today..

Both AL and AH will help with mood. Al should really be helping with cort levels which will keep stress levels down. Looking good ace the tests bud!

Sorry for the lack of updates lately its been absolutely crazy. Now that everything is done and handed in, its time to really tear this cycle up.

Abs felt extremely hard and are looking more and more defined once again sweating throughout the entire workout. Adding in cardio this week so it will be even more interesting to see what happens. Everything else is going a-ok feeling great and loving it
 
Also my friend got a bottle of Lit-up and I was hoping to try it today..I know it is supposed to boost test, but is it still okay to take on cycle? would it help prevent shut down?

This workout was sick! Had a very attractive friend of mine come up to me and say "hey muscle man looking good" needless to say besides sending my ego through the roof the workout was all up hill from there. I've noticed an increase in endurance and vascularity is definitely increasing significantly. Tomorrow is back on the strict and healthy diet (with much more natural foods and produce).

When I get in the zone nothing stops me haha i turn all red and grunt and huff like no other. It feels great! Especially when its prime time at the gym I get even more motivated

Thanks, I love doing them for the tricep pump I get. As for a bloat I have not noticed a bloat just feeling a small bit of lethargy but other than that feel amazing

They should call this stuff androstudy haha because I did phenominal on all my exams! Felt the least anxious or stressed in a long time prior to exams and wow guess it paid off!

Day 14 - Shredding the Shoulders
Today marks the 2 week mark of AH/AL cycle and my current weight is 175.6 I feel as though I have hardened up significantly while keeping and gaining on some of my lifts. My endurance has definitely gone up for each set. Still feeling that extreme thermogenic burn whenever I elevate my heart rate, so its still working.. Loving the cycle despite this crappy weather we are getting in New England.

I feel like from this point on the cycle is going to become increasingly more effective. I have noticed increasingly oily skin and a little bit more acne but I'm not too concerned as that is a typical side I experience on cycle.

Tore apart the shoulders today and the pump was amazing and I even had a pretty significant vein in my left front delt which followed all the way down my bicep. Loving the vascularity and workout intensity!

Workout quality 8.5/10 - loved the speed and intensity of todays workout. Felt the shoulders burn and literally felt the separation between delts. Sweating like a maniac which I have become accustomed to by now. Grunting more as usual drawing some unusual attention but so focused and in the zone I didn't even care. Great workout - Feeling leaner and leaner ever day.

felt a little more lethargic and tired than usual during my cardio workout, had a SICK leg pump though :)
 
I was thinking the other day that I may want to extend the cycle to 8 weeks because of how amazing it is going so far and to kill both bottles. As of now I am planning to run tcf-1 and TRS for the 6 week pct but if i just want to finish both bottles of each and run for 8 weeks would I just want to add Nolva or Clomid to the pct as well? maybe a nolva: 40/40/20/20? I have Hcg as well on hand.

I'm pretty sure torem dosage is quite a bit higher than nolva. Like some guys got 120/90/60/30. I'm runnin androlean for 8 weeks and im Gonna do 60/60/30/15 for pct
 
this is my first run with torem so im a little hesistant to recommend it...But with the research ive done i think this is a safe dosage to effectively restart HPTA.

With the TRS 60/60/40/40 I think is sufficient. Cycle is going great bud, looking forward to another 6 weeks of progress!

I'm running Toremifene+TRS and it starts today...ill keep my log going, first dose of Androlean, so anyone who is thinking of running that type of pct has a log to see...
