Using the AH v3 right now as a bridge... sort of... Just overlapped it with a 4 wk high dose EPI cycle... overlapped one week with AH v3 @ 6pills/day and am definitely feeling the muscle density from AH and all my lifts have went up from stopping the EPI cycle about a week ago. Good stuff.
 
I used it as an in between. For this purpose though I would definitely consider lowering the dosage.
HTS, Would 2 to 3 capsules of Androhard be enough for a bridge in your opinion? The Androstat on PP website told me that 2 a day would bring me up to over 1200ng. I believe that is the cruising zone and would help hold the gains. Any information you give would be greatly appreciated and thank you for your time.

It just came out so no one will have any experience with it yet.. you could always be one of the first to try it out during pct but make sure you have a serm on hand incase it doesnt work for you either way to be on the safe side

It has not even been shipped yet, only pre-order is available right now. We would have to wait until the first batch is used and see what the feedback is. The good news is that tons of people will be ordering the stuff. I'm sure the reps have info on how its SUPPOSED to act like a SERM, this is the announcement thread here if that helps:

I'm about to do a 16 week log of AHV3. Can't wait to see what this stuff can do.

Me too. If you really adhere to a solid clean diet and add a tid bit of cardio I think you will harden up dramatically. AndroHard is "anti-soft." This is a great characteristic for the opposite sex ---they dislike "doughy." lol.

I notice on the insert literature for androhard, the suggested diet is sort of a mega protein (50% or so) and medium fat (30%?) and VERY low carb (about 20% or less?). I was actually doing something similar, more of a 30 fat 30 carb 40 protein....I think I'll try the suggested diet 3-4 days a week and the one I was on (basically just 30% carbs instead of 20% plus 10% more protein) the other days. I find most people shudder at taking in 100 grams of carbs or less, at least your basic joe blow does....not a competitive BB'er. I do it all the time, 50-100 carbs or even 150 or so carb days. I don't even need to do the math.....I am the prototype 180 lber right now just like in the example ;) I was kind of surprised at the suggested diet though.

I made the nutrition inserts pretty extreme -- but I wanted to make sure everyone does what it takes to get the results they deserve.

I function fine on less than 100 carbs, but I notice you look like shyt sometimes if you don't cycle in some extra carbs EOD or for a few days after a few days of lower carbs. Kind of a flat look that can undermine your mental state...which is not good. So I figure bumping carbs up from 90 to 150-170 3 days a week would alleviate much of that. I have had good results with 50-90 carbs a day with higher carb (2-300 carb) weekends, not ketogenic.....but the next closest thing. Most people will have a hard time with that suggested diet, but like you say....if you set the bar a little higher than necessary...... when they cheat the numbers a bit, they will still be in the zone they need to be in despite fudging a little.

True but androgens help with that mental aspect;)
 
got me some protein bread, all organic and baked with whey. 13 carbs, 12 g fiber, 12 g protein per slice. It make lows carb diets easy as hell.

sounds good. But I managed to formulate another question :).......... OK, once a day dosing..... I understand the concept, essentially to keep the natural rhythm of when hormones naturally release or are at their highest, as well as trying to circumvent shutdown that could happen with steady levels of the PH, BUT with the androhard we are talking DHT. Would it not be best to take 3 in the morning, and 3 late at night?.....keep the DHT levels raised and consistent as opposed to spiked in an up then down fashion? With the Bulk and the Mass I totally understand the once a day dosing....but with the Hard it seems to me you wouldn't get the shutdown and its not like its necessary to mimic the bodies natural DHT patterns.....so the once a day dosing would seem to be unnecessary with the Hard.....and perhaps the Lean? If its more a fat burning/cortisol blocking PH.....unless either the Hard or Lean would effect sleep patterns if taken late evening or before bed. Now this would be mainly for the Hard solo by itself.....but I think split dosage makes sense with this particular PH, keeping levels consistent should be the goal as long as there are not negative repercussions at least.

But I agree, I wanted to do Lean with Hard as well....Instead I figure to do both of them separate by themselves for 6-8 weeks each since that is how it works out with the PP release scheduling. Then in the future, run both together.

This is true. I was only in my mid to late 20's when I fooled around with Atkins dieting or the Dan Duchaine Bodyopus deal (essentially a fancy dancy atkins ketogenic diet). No exogenous androgens to speak of back then. But when I was asked on a thursday or friday (the final days of a 5 day fat/protein only diet) at work "Where did your muscles go?" LMFAO, I was scarred for life. What are you supposed to do? explain to someone how you have no carbs in you so you're "flat"? they will probably think you are crazy and had just stopped working out. So I try to keep some reasonable amount of carbs in there, no more keto for me LOL. I think the atkins style diets are great for girls though, they could give two shyts about muscles or muscle fullness....they just want to lose weight.
 
Keto diets suck to run, but they are damn effective.

they work better than just about anything else. And I love bacon, eggs, sausage, meats and cheeses etc....I can eat that stuff all day. Only problem I have is that flat look I was talking about, and also I feel kind of weird not taking in any carbs or 30 grams or less of carbs. Seems like your "doing something wrong" lol.

My diet is pretty clean, But there is always room for improvement. I'm only doing 15 minutes of cardio a day right now but I plan to mix it up once I get on cycle. The main reason for this 16 week cycle is to get rid of some gyno that I have from puberty... But i'm also really looking forward to improving the look of soft muscles. I cut down from 206lbs in December of last year to 186lbs currently by just changing my diet and now my muscles look softer. I know a lot of people had some great results with 8 weeks on AH V2 so i'm pretty stoked to see what I can do with AH V3 at 16 weeks. Make sure you follow my log!

Guys were STILL being mildly suppressed with AndroHard v3 --LH & FSH did decline from pre-cycle number. You must consider, new Androhardv3 is EXTREMELY potently dosed! If you were to dose equally throughout the day I KNOW you would be much more suppressed than once-a-day-dosing. ALSO---the (beta) Epiandrosterone is an excitatory hormone that will increase dopamine -- which could impede healthy sleep patterns.

How long have you been consistently weight training? Some people just have a really "immature" look to their muscles--meaning soft and not very dense.

I recommend high volume , with heavy free weight movements. Really jack up your intensity when you workout. Consistent high volume , heavy workouts plus androgens will make your muscles take on a different look.

I've been training since I was 15. I normally hit the gym 5 days a week but i've been busy the last few weeks so that hasn't been possible. Yeah I definitely have that immature look right now.

I'm going to try that out for this upcoming cycle. Right now I focus on 8 reps but I know I can go heavier. I'm going to go heavier, 5 reps, but really focus on form. I sort of break a sweat throughout my work out. I need to work on my intensity and getting a better sweat going. I'm never like huffing and puffing after a set. I pretty much only do whats comfortable haha. But that's going to change.

If you're only sort of breaking a sweat, then you really need to amp up your intensity. Your shirt should be soaked and you should be gassed at the end of your session.
 
Question for the reps, I recently read a post by eric stating that pregnenolone can affect DHT negatively. This worries me because Im using Tren LV and AH v3, with 4 caps drive, but am thinking about stopping the drive if for some reason it isn't allowing DHT to do it thing. Especially since I have Tren LV in the mix. What do you guys think?

Technically pregnenolone can convert into progesterone which can block DHT from binding to the androgen receptor, however pregnenolone also converts int0 DHEA--> testosterone---> DHT too. It most likely will maintain a nice balance between sex hormones and not drive anything into the ground.

Thanks for you reply Matt. I initially started the Tren LV/AH3/ Drive stack after you gave me the go ahead. I gotta say man, it might be some of the best advice you've ever given. Im only 9 days into this cycle and I am feeling like a million bucks and strength, recovery, and mental state is absolutely mind blowing. I managed to find another bottle of Tren LV and stash it away just because the first week has been so positive... How long do you think i should run the LV for ? Im thinking about bridging into Andromass/ Hard and Drive for a total of 10 or 12 weeks :) hahah

6 weeks, and then 6 weeks of AM/AH, I would run the AH for the 12 weeks;) I can imagine that Drive and Hard stacked would be one hell of a stack

Just because Tren LV is more suppressive than ANY Andro product, I would like to see you run it for 6 weeks maximum, then perhaps shift it out and add in AndroMass v3 --combined with Androhardv3 and DRIVE for a total of 12 weeks ---->Hit up the TRS2 (topical) for pct immediately.

In a few months I'll be running an 8 week cycle of AMv3(full dose), AHv3(half dose), Transderm, Alpha Mass(Last 4 weeks) and Pre-Max. For PCT the Athletix Stack and Torem :D

I've just started using the androhard, about 5 days in I think.....but I am taking 4 a day for 6 weeks, along with 3 gram DAA and 3 Erase (soon to be 1 Erase pro whenever that gets here) and also topical eviscerate on the lower chest. I never got ahold of the andractim...didn't fit into the budget this month. I decided to do the 6 week androhard then go with the androhard/androlean for 8 weeks when the 6 weeker ends (it works out great with the feb 1st release date for the lean). probably 6 lean and 3 hard a day? something like that. To be honest, I am not a log kinda guy...not my cup of tea. But I certainly will let everyone know how it works out and the results, I tend to be very private even though I do ramble on daily on the board lol......you'd never know it right?
