I was on Swole this Morning,and throwing Dumbbells everywhere.. I am still maintaining my Strength,Endurance, and Recovery time between sets..

This Morning when I awaken my Midsection was tight,Shoulders and Arms was slightly Pump.. My Midsection is getting Smaller, Shoulders,Back,is getting Leaner, Wider and Bigger..

I had Awesome Leg workout this morning.. I took Sunday and Monday off from the gym, and diet is still going good as plan.

My right knee has been feeling really good these days since I added Androcrine to My workout Program.. Tomorrow will be Shoulders.

Its nice when you can get more out of your lifts, even better when you find something like Androcrine to really assist in that!! Great job!
 
got some knee cracking when extending my legs..do you think andocrine would help with this maybe?

It wont hurt! As Ive said before, with a torn rotator cuff, I was able to lift more, with no pain, and had a huge increase in the shoulders range of motion. Along with that, ALL of my joints had a since of relief, even the fingers that Ive broken time and time again. Give it a shot, I Dare ya! Lol
 
In all honesty, I am a BPS rep, but before I was, and if I Wasnt, I Would recommend it to anyone and everyone, with or without joint issues. Ots one supplement you will truly miss when its gone.

After completing this stack do you need to do a PCT? Also is it something someone can do after finished Ostra cycle and that subsequent pct?
