Yes, it's v1 on AndroMass (which is part of the v2).

what is the difference between v.1 and v.2?
V1 was in liquid only. This included the original AndroHard, Turinabol, etc. V2, which is currently available and in softgels, is the current release of AndroHard, AndroMass, and AndroLean.

Basically, Androhard was the first of the Androseries, technically. So all the series out now could be considered second generation androseries. That's why we say v2 (version 2), even for Amass and Alean

Will have new updates tonight. Have about 3 days worth or workouts/updates I need to post up, just been busy lately

Been really busy the last week so i will post full workouts and notes tomorrow, but cliffs of the last week: up 9 pounds. Pro's: much leaner and vascular than before, setting pr's every workout, libido through the roof, mad drive and energy during workouts and throughout the day. Con's: literally cannot stop eating (i enjoy feeling full once in awhile lol), starting to feel some back pumps on leg day.

Rating so far: 9.5/10

Day 21: Legs (note: have increased dose to 9 caps a day)

Speed and size back and shoulders. I have never done speed training with weights before so it was sorta different. Did not get tired at all which was surprising, but I should have been expecting it. Blew up the gym again and set a few more PR’s.

Still eating at 350 over every day, and at maintenance on off days, so weight is coming on quite nicely

Day 28:

Went to town on upper body speed and size day. Felt freakishly pumped and vascular. Def starting to get more comments about the size I have put on lately, its very noticeable as well as the strength.

Looking like some good and brutal workouts Darsh. Keep it up and great progress so far!

You're probably limited at every gym except for Westside.

There's in a gym in Philly, one of the best gyms I've seen, DBs go past 200 from what I remember. It's an utter dungeon, just above an auto mechanic. Great training environment.

PHAT is such a brutal system. Do you have a deload schedule yet?

I plan to continue to hit it hard through pct, although I will slightly modify the routine during pct. After 5 weeks of pct I will deload because I really want to try to continue to blow it up during pct to keep gaining/keep my gains. If i really feel myself lagging I will deload sooner. I entertained the thought of deloading the 3rd week of pct and then continuing phat but im not sure, thoughts welcome

Day 30: heavy upper body

Increased almost all lifts from last weeks heavy day. Def enjoying this phat program. Pumps are getting ridiculously intense from practicaly anything. I get massive shoulder pumps just from doing my band warm ups. Starting to notice some serious chest and shoulder veins, and some veings protruding from my lats and obliques. My muscles feel like rocks and I feel like I am stuck in a flexed state for 24/7. Weight is increasing past previous pr's quite easily. Did feel semi lethargic before the gym today, but as soon as i got there i got in the zone so no big deal.

Weight: 177.2 (+10.4 pounds)

Warm up- shoulder pre habs + mfr

Reverse grip bent over rows: 205 x 5, *PR 225 x 5 *PR, *PR 245 x 5 *PR

Handle Pull downs:165 x 10, *PR 180 x 10 *PR

Bent over Kroc rows: 155 x 10, 175 x 12

Decline barbell: 275 x 5, 295 x 5, *PR 315 x 3 *PR

Reverse grip barbell bench: 185 x 10, *PR 205 x 10 *PR

Flat db bench: 90 x 10, 100 x 8, 8

EZ bar curl: 85 x 8, 8, 9

Skull crusher: *PR 90 x 10, 10, 10 *PR

played tennis 1 hour

350 cals over maintenance

Day 31: heavy lower body

Got some rough back pumps after squats today, 5 grams of taurine helped, but did not fix them. Set more PR's today without a problem. People in the gym keep commenting that I get bigger every day, which seems to be happening, and i am still looking quite lean. Todays workout kinda sucked, but in a good way, i just went balls out and could feel my body being pushed.

Warm up: plyometrics

Squats: 315 x 5, 365 x 5, *PR 395 x 3 *PR

Hack squat: 225 x 10, *PR 275 x 6, 6 *PR

Leg ext: *PR 190 x 10, 10 *PR

RDL: 185 x 8, *PR 235 x 8 *PR, *PR 255 x 7 *PR

leg curl: *PR 150 x 6, 7, *PR

standing calves: 240 x 10, *PR 280 x 10, 10 *PR

seated calves: 135 x 10, *PR 160 x 10 *PR

350 over maintenance

one thing to note is that my pee has been more yellow lately. This is odd because every since noticing the back pumps I have been consuming an extra 64 oz of water each day

I would highly recommend a deload the first week of PCT when your test levels are at their lowest levels.

Why? Just wondering?

I have seen quite a few people continue to gain during that first week of pct which i was hoping for so what would be the idea/benefits of dealoding that first week?

Gaining size and/or strength during PCT is an anomaly. I err on the side of caution and use the first week of PCT to rest my CNS and joints.

There also is a school of thought about lowering energy expenditure in early PCT in order to maintain size.

That's more or less why I think a deload is a good idea during the first week of PCT. Glycogen levels will start to deplete and recovery is impaired during the first week, which sets up a catabolic environment.

This is a big what if and a future question, but what if I feel great during pct?

Here's the thing about CNS fatigue: when you start to feel it, you're in a bad spot. True CNS fatigue takes several weeks to overcome and can easily last over a month depending on the level.

Tough to get to that spot though

Not as tough as you'd think. Layne, for example, recommends a regular deload on PHAT at the 6-12 week mark (depending on level of conditioning), but recommends up to a 3 week deload.

I would only actually be doing a total of 4 weeks of phat, and then changing thigns up if i did not deload

Ah, my bad, I didn't know we were talking a specific training scheme.

Is it Steve Pucinella's gym, Iron Sport?

Nah, it's called Body World. Ranked top 10 in M&D a few years back of most hardcore gyms in the nation. I trained there for a few months... man I was one of the smallest guys to step into that place.

Iron Sport is a hell of a gym as well.

Been slacking on the updates, just really busy at work and what not but still making sure i have gym and food time.

Cliffs of the last 10 days
-well 9 caps is the sweet spot, ive consistently put on half a pound each day over the last 10 weeks
-weight is now at 181.8 so I am up 15 pounds in 38 days, look leaner/more vascular too
-have exactly 1 week of the cycle left
-i am hitting PR's every workout

Will post workouts when i have time
