Anabolic Pump and PSlin and Carbs

Now i know that with anabolic pump, more carbs will get weight up and more protein will get the muscles up, hence equaling an increase in muscle mass. Now is that the same case with PSlin??

Also would it be smart to take a complex carb drink will takin AP and/or PSlin along with a protein and food, or would that just be an overkill?

P-slin has similar characteristics to AP, yes, but it allows for a much larger quantity of carbs to be ingested and delivers nice clean energy.

Use a carb drink if desired. Just be sure and keep track of total carbs of the meal and adjust as needed.

How EARLY can the carbs be taken in? I know I see the no later than 15-30 minutes after taking pslin, but how much sooner than that? could you wash down the pslin cap with a maltodextrin or WMS drink?

10 minutes.

If you are in a rush just take them together.

For a person tryin to gain weight and muscle mass, would PSlin be too strong and start cutting more fat that wanted???

Well, I can't imagine you'd want to be gaining fat. It does support the growth of lean muscle tissue

Oh yea well i just figured ud prolly need a lil bit of fat to be able to turn into muscle, but like it was just a "what would happen is there was so little fat that no muscle could come from it" kind of a things.....i worded it horribly

Fat can not turn into muscle or muscle into fat. You either lose muscle/gain fat or gain muscle/lose fat. You should have a balanced diet with AP or Pslin.

ooohh. then ive been misinformed for years then

Yeah, different building blocks between them, muscles are made up of amino acids, fats are lipids. Your body can make energy from fats, or turn excess intake of energy into fats (too much carbs for instance) but it needs amino acid intake to build muscles.

i hope i'm not beating a dead horse here, but i want to give AP a try and i don't think i get enough complex carbs for breakfast, and i know i don't for lunch. if i take a WMS, would that be good enough to take as my source of complex carbs for AP?

Oats seem to be the best, but WMS will work. Try using whole grain breads / rolls , and get as much as you can from oats + other sources, and use the WMS just to fill in

I add ground oats and WMS to my preworkout protein shake. Too much oats makes it so thick, the WMS adds a creamy texture. Post workout I add WMS to Regen X and then to protein shake.
