Haven't tried it, but I know a few trainers that swear by it. Generally, I avoid Muscle Heck.

i was considering it one time, but after looking at the reviews all over the internet, I didn't.

It got a 1.5 / 5 rating on NutraPlanet so yea, I wouldn't recommend it. But then again, if you can afford it (time and money), why not give it a try.

if u wanna try any creatine besides mono go for concret or anavol hardcore (which includes slight stim)

both are the only ones i go with.
