From what I hear, its pretty much impossible to put on fat on M-Drol if you keep your carbs moderately clean.
Only on the weekends to keep me sane. It's usually a free for all from Saturday night to Sunday afternoon.

Yeah I've got a plan in place in case I need to change the diet, but honestly I'm not expecting to need to. I do really well on low carb diets. I will definitely change it if I need to, though. I'm partially doing it because not many have done it before so no one really knows how it will turn out.

BTW... I am talking about the primordial performance 1T product... its a transdermal 1AD and DHEA... not actual transdermal 1-T. I wish I had some old school 1-T.

I was wondering are you going to be posting lifting weights so we can see how much strength is going up in your lifts or maybe a recap on a week to week basis?
I've been trying to figure out how to best do that, but the lifts in my routine change every week so it's difficult. The only two things that are consistent are incline db and pullups. So that's what we'll go off of.

btw did you lower the incline degree?
when you say lower. you mean just lowering the back of the incline which would be easier for most to press and put less stress on the shoulders thus concentrating on your chest more. But I'm sure you're talking about degrees here so when you raise it the degree goes smaller and you raise the back pad. Correct?

By the way dude... I haven't noticed much of an increase in pullup reps either, but you have to remember you are 15 pounds heavier than last time you tried them.
I got 12 today on my first set - which is awesome considering I have 12 pounds of something extra on me (plus a sweatsuit). Hopefully its 12 pounds of my c*ck, but I wont hold my breath.

- My weight. Funny story actually. Driving to gym this morning I felt like death. As I went past the checkin desk I realized I had to ****. Luckily I stepped on the scale first: 202.1. I then proceeded to take a massive dump and afterwards felt much better. Decided to step back on the scale for giggles and was 201.6. Yes folks, that's a half pound terd! LOL
- I was planning on going 45 minutes for cardio but my compartment syndrome was acting up and became excruciating. Totally attributed to the tren because this hasn't happened to me in a looong time. I'll just dig up some old PT exercises and it should go away. No other sides to report.
- Tomorrow is shoulders.
Great weight gain, if 80 percent proves to be lbm, then thats awesome, i noticed that one of my clients gained a massive amount of weight on tranadrol, some people just respond very well to the compound, looks like your one of the lucky ones, keep it up bro, and great log by the way!!!

- Strength was noticeably up on smith press (as a last exercise!) and rear delt machine. Was pretty suprised on the rear delt machine.
- No sides. No leaking. No nothing
- Still having crazy looney weight fluctuations. Up over 5 pounds from just yesterday. I mean think about it folks, UP 17 POUNDS IN 12 DAYS. Is taking on that much water even possible?!?!?!
- Tomorrow is Legs
Yeah! Thats my point!!! I'd leave the m-drol out and run it at a later time being thats its your first run!up 17 pounds and haven't even added M-drol yet :/
