From what I hear, its pretty much impossible to put on fat on M-Drol if you keep your carbs moderately clean.

Only on the weekends to keep me sane. It's usually a free for all from Saturday night to Sunday afternoon.

I think you should up that considerably by week 3, and certainly when M-Drol kicks in. Just my two cents.

Yeah I've got a plan in place in case I need to change the diet, but honestly I'm not expecting to need to. I do really well on low carb diets. I will definitely change it if I need to, though. I'm partially doing it because not many have done it before so no one really knows how it will turn out.

BTW... I am talking about the primordial performance 1T product... its a transdermal 1AD and DHEA... not actual transdermal 1-T. I wish I had some old school 1-T.

I was wondering are you going to be posting lifting weights so we can see how much strength is going up in your lifts or maybe a recap on a week to week basis?

I've been trying to figure out how to best do that, but the lifts in my routine change every week so it's difficult. The only two things that are consistent are incline db and pullups. So that's what we'll go off of.

Ahh i see. Well sounds good on the incline Db and Pullups.

btw did you lower the incline degree?
 
when you say lower. you mean just lowering the back of the incline which would be easier for most to press and put less stress on the shoulders thus concentrating on your chest more. But I'm sure you're talking about degrees here so when you raise it the degree goes smaller and you raise the back pad. Correct?

No, I meant lowering the back pad. I always think of horizontal as the origin. I used to do incline with the back pad pretty high up and used a lot of shoulder. I lowered it and it was a bit more difficult for me, but that's a good thing.
 
Ok then. well it should help on your flat bench exercise a bit more as well. once i get up to a certain point my chest becomes no longer the main portion of lift on incline, so i like it a little lower myself. plus I hit the top of my chest, right below my chin anyway so that right there will aid in my upper chest just as much as a greater incline would.

No, I've been done for about 2 weeks. We'll start back up as soon as the ground thaws enough to safely run on ;)

I've already had my share of jackasses send me stupid questions. LOL

I've noticed some aggression, some cramps and some strength. I'll go into more detail when I update later tonight.
 
day 10 is up. Weight gain is at 15.8. I am being completely honest 100%. It is still mind boggling. I don't feel water logged or bloated but it is the only explanation. Still doesn't make sense, though. It's not like I was dehydrated before I began.
 
By the way dude... I haven't noticed much of an increase in pullup reps either, but you have to remember you are 15 pounds heavier than last time you tried them.

I got 12 today on my first set - which is awesome considering I have 12 pounds of something extra on me (plus a sweatsuit). Hopefully its 12 pounds of my c*ck, but I wont hold my breath.

Yeah, a lot of times people dont think about that, because it doesn't apply to many exercises... Dips, Pullups, and squats (to a smaller degree) are all victims of us gettin hyuuuuuugeeee....

  • Leg raises w/db held in between feet

  • My weight. Funny story actually. Driving to gym this morning I felt like death. As I went past the checkin desk I realized I had to ****. Luckily I stepped on the scale first: 202.1. I then proceeded to take a massive dump and afterwards felt much better. Decided to step back on the scale for giggles and was 201.6. Yes folks, that's a half pound terd! LOL
  • I was planning on going 45 minutes for cardio but my compartment syndrome was acting up and became excruciating. Totally attributed to the tren because this hasn't happened to me in a looong time. I'll just dig up some old PT exercises and it should go away. No other sides to report.
  • Tomorrow is shoulders.

Great weight gain, if 80 percent proves to be lbm, then thats awesome, i noticed that one of my clients gained a massive amount of weight on tranadrol, some people just respond very well to the compound, looks like your one of the lucky ones, keep it up bro, and great log by the way!!!

I'm thinkin in all likelihood that maybe 20-30% is lbm. I think 80% at this stage in the game is close to impossible. That would be 13.6 pounds of muscle in what, 12 days? I WISH!

Glad your not having any sides man!!! I wouldn't even run these 2 compounds together for the first time but good for you on the gains so far! I really hope things keep going well for you!!!
